Good hotel within walking distance of old town

Pamplona Eurostars hotel is about 1km from the old town and easy walk to and from. They have a hotel was very clean and comfortable. We booked using Expedia a double room, which was confirmed in writing. When we arrived there were two single beds. It took two trips to reception to have the issue resolved, first I was told that was all they had and after I checked my emails and told them I would not have booked the hotel knowing two single beds would be the result they them had staff change the bed setup in the room, this should have been done initially. I was told that what you book on Expedia would not be relayed to the hotel (that seems ridiculous) The exterior of the hotel is dark and unwelcoming and the interior is better but lacked decoration and really no ambiance at all. The Bar doubles as the breakfast area and dining area, again very clean but spotlight on the tables should be off or redirected in the evening. Breakfast was good. Parking in the underground garage was no problem.

Wonderful hotel in the beautiful city of Pamplona.Unfortunately we were only here for one night on our Spanish adventure but we would definitely return if we were in the area.The rooms are spacious and the en-suite facilities included a rainwater shower and a separate bath. The whole space is very clean and the Nespresso machine and chocolates were a lovely touch.We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were tasty, excellent meals with all tastes catered for.The hotel is underground parking so the car stays cool.All the staff were helpful and polite.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO!!!! There was a MOOSE in my room, a family of MICE, and A HOMELESS MAN with traces of excretion all around him! The staff was EXTREMELY rude and told me to go BACK TO MY COUNTRY? Excuse me!? Who would say that to a HARD CORE AMERICAN!? SQUAH SQUAh at least WE have freedom! wWe use FREEDOM UNITS! This stay was absolutely absurd and I advise you to NEVER and I mean NEVER stay at this hotel!!

A really well situated hotel for exploring Pamplona. Our room was overlooking the lovely garden terrace. Plenty of safe parking. Breakfast was excellent, a lovely variety of food. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night at this hotel to visit Pamplona. The check-in was efficient, friendly, and very positive (we got an upgrade to a suite)! The parking is located underneath the hotel, is spacious, and free of charge. The room was very spacious and equipped with every comfort (a very good bed, modern decor, a very good shower, a large terrace, a coffee machine, a frige and absolutely no disturbance from surrounding noise / neighbours) while also offering a beautiful view. For us, the location was ideal. After a +/- 15-minute walk, you reach the old town.The hotel has a nice breakfast area and a very pleasant terrace. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel's interior design is stylish and a welcome refresh in the often somewhat dull 'hotel landscape'.Without a doubt, we would stay here again on our next visit to Pamplona!
