Nice hotel, room well furnished, apart from very cheap-looking wardrobe and dresser reminiscent of 1980s flat pack in appearance. Very inadequate coffee supplied to room, and we were charged very high prices when asked for additional supplies, we were sent to the bar to ask, the bar sent us to reception when we finally got some coffee at an exorbitant cost. Poor service, the reception staff could have been much more helpful. Very limited accessories provided, no make up wipes, q-tips, tissues etc. Plentiful supplies of the basics though, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner. TV fine, views beautiful. The only let down was the service from reception. Checkout was with an unsmiling lady who was very keen to charge us for room service, despite us not having had any. She made us wait whilst she flicked through a stack of papers, then shrugged. Finally we left. Would definitely visit pamplona again, but a different hotel, where guests are welcome.

We booked 5 double rooms for 1 night in the Pamplona hôtel by error as we wanted to book for the Très Reyes Hotel in San Sebastian. We only discovered our error the day of our arrival. It was a non refundable booking. The hotel understood our mistake and accepted to reimburse the total amount of our booking. We were lucky to find last minute 5 double rooms in the Très Reyes hôtel in San Sebastian. Gesture of the Hotel was well appreciated!

The Tres Reyes is an excellent choice in Pamplona. It's right in the centre with most sights and many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped and the swimming pool is comfortable. The staff are skilled and friendly. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast.

Three of us stayed in a double room which was spacious and bright. The hotel was nice and the outdoor pool was a bonus. Not the most beautiful surroundings but the church and its bells were a stone’s throw and lovely to see and hear from the room. Staff were very thoughtful. Disappointingly the restaurant isn’t open on Sundays - which is kind of weird as most hotels operate fully 7 days a week. However, you can eat nearby - just a few minutes walk to the town square.

A very modern well appointed hotel in the heart of Pamplona. Staff were welcoming and our room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. The property is within easy walking distance of the old town where numerous eateries are to be found at reasonable money. Four stars from The Three Amigos on a road trip through Spain and France.
