From start to finish our experience left a lot to desire. No parking available and told it was easy to park in the vicinity - after driving around for half an hour eventually found a parking space. Told the restaurant was open that evening but when we arrived at the restaurant told it was being used by a private group. Food in the bar was poor and expensive. No where to sit and eat with our little dog despite them charging for the dog to stay.The room was very noisy from outside traffic and people - there appeared to be a gap above the window to the outside !!!Won’t be returning

Near the hotel is the bullring, a place with easy parking, in most cases. Our brewery has an extensive menu with a variety of dishes and fresh, quality products, appreciated by the majority of customers who frequent it. I regret that when you went to enjoy it it was full and with hardly any tables. Good hotel. Spacious, modern and well-equipped room for two. Easy parking in front of the hotel (around the Plaza de toros). Competitive price. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend. Please note that the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, where parking is not easy.

What a Surprise!

This was the first time we had used Sercotel Hotels and we were very impressed. The hotel was well run with friendly, helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms. The walk into the town took about 15 minutes and Tudela was a surprise too - historic, very Spanish, full of families enjoying the evening passegiata

Beautiful hotel for cost , above expectation. Advise pre book a secure parking space, 12 euros, otherwise your looking for a space in very busy streets.Very friendly and helpful staff.Excellent central location for exploring this very busy lively town.Did not eat or use use restaurant or bat due to covid situation ,but looked very nice.i will use this hotel again when traveling through Spain.

We arrived at 15.00, the room should gave been available from 1300. We had to wait 20 minutes after checking in for our room to be ready for us. Its says fog friendly, however, there are no areas on the hotel that you can take your dog. We ended up spending the whole time in our room.When we arrived at 1500 the bar should still have been open (as it says on the hotel information, which we confirmed once we were allowed into our room) we were told all areas were closed and could not get any food or drinks until 1930. Small fridge in room for a charge, 1 beed and no wine. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. This is very poor. Reception staff were unhelpful and just chatted between themselves. I will not be returning.
