    Just as good as always

    rating11 Jul 2023

We've been visiting pretty much since the hotel opened and have always been impressed. A great welcome, lovely rooms and a splendid restaurant for dinners & breakfast. If you join their club card you get discounts & offers. Well located on a retail park with plenty of parking plus secure underground parking as well.

    Great Value For Money

    rating01 Mar 2020

Arrived here without a booking on a trip through France to Spain. Receptionist was great and a room was quickly found although quoted us 10 euros higher than online until we queried it. If that had not happened we would have given it 5 stars. The room was exceptional for the price. Good selection of restaurants at the shopping centre opposite and parking right outside the hotel. JESUS EGUES CATALÁN, Director General at Hotel Zenit Pamplona, responded to this review Good afternoon Mr Captain S, Thank you for your comments about the hotel and the positive ratings of our facilities and services.I am glad to know that the treatment received by our staff was excellent and your stay pleasant. We hope to see you again very soon,Greetings,

    Finally arrived

    rating30 Jan 2020

Unfortunately we had a real problem finding this hotel and ended up being directed into the middle of Pamplona, but when we finally arrived the booking in was quick and easy and the rooms were comfortable and clean with a good size bathroom and a strong shower with plenty of hot water. The snack bar was very good as was the restaurant and they were both well priced.Parking was free, and as well as parking outside they also have a free underground secure parking accessed from the side of the hotel.Although this hotel is not in Pamplona, a No.11 bus runs from opposite the hotel every 20 minutes and takes you to the centre of town near the bullring, where you can walk the route of the bull run. Now that we know where this hotel is we would have no hesitation is using it again. JESUS E, Gerente at Hotel Zenit Pamplona, responded to this review Good afternoon Valerie,Thank you very much for your positive opinions of the hotel.I am glad to know that everything in general you liked, both the staff, the facilities as well as the services we offer.I feel it was not easy to find the hotel. Inform you that we have on the website the location coordinates of the hotel for your GPS and if at any time it is lost you can call us and from the reception we can guide you the easiest way to get there. We hope to see you again very soon.Greetings,
