  Very friendly reception, central location, convenient parking lot.

  It is housed in an older building but well taken care of.Very friendly reception, the breakfast was decent.The receptionist was conservative with regards to the manoeuvring space in the private parking garage down below. However I managed to park a fairly long saloon car 2 levels down without any trouble.

  Just take the room without breakfast as you are in downtown with many dinning options in the city. They have a parking in the basement (at charge). Rooms are just ok, but it is ok for the price you pay. Staff speaks English.

  Stayed here one day on the Camino nice staff rooms clean bathroom good. Would recommend this place if your starting ur walk from ourense close to everything and comfy and would stay here again thank u

  Good clean rooms although the bathroom was a bit old fashioned and dated but the hotel generally was very good value. Secure parking with narrow entrance (not that bad though). Walking distance to old town. Very helpful staff

  The hotel has a good central location in what is a challenging city to negotiate at times, due to its hills and twists & turns. Close to numerous decent eating choices. Impressive foyer, friendly welcome & very comfortable, though rather under-lit, room. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. The room could have done with some more soundproofing though, as we were disturbed by some traffic & street noise on the first night. Second night we must allow though as the noise seemed to be from people celebrating the success of the censure motion against the (now ex-) Spanish Prime Minister!
