Spa indicated for guests only
05 Jan 2026
A correct but minimal Spa in a city with numerous thermal options and a spa province. Wet and dry sauna. Hydromassage and contrast showers. Glass with jets, waterfall, beds and jacuzzi. Stayed well. For access to non-hosted there are other options of interest. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

fires August 2025
27 Aug 2025
An embarrassment, we booked 1 room and in view of the situation of risk from the fires in Ourense, we canceled and requested the refund because it was an event of force majeure, and they do not want to refund our money or canvianos the day. Eye to the Christ who is stick!
09 Aug 2025
Early August, full heatwave in Ourense with the highest maximum in Spain and the little hotel without air conditioning but is that you do the cheking and the first thing they do is charge you and no one warns you that there is no air or is expected, come on, what is being "a tuck" clear receptions follow the instructions given to them by their superiors! What a pain and no protests, freak! You protest and leave, you have to fight with all the staff to get your money back, on top 😂😂! Anyway, a disgrace! Beautiful location to relax and get exercise
29 Nov 2023
The staff were very helpful in having and explaining maps they had of the city and the points of attraction. The spa was awesome with massaging jets around the pool. We didn't get into the pool until after sitting in the sauna. The pool felt really good then. The hotel is located fairly centrally between the river and old town. The river walk was very scenic and we visited the one of the two hot springs that was open. Two of them were closed because the river was running high and flooded them. The old town had a number of tapa bars and restaurants where we enjoyed local favorites. The hotel staff also told us about a place for star gazing which we walked to and enjoyed even though it was a 630 feet climb of 1 mile. We would recommend a visit to this hotel and town anytime.
