    Front desk are super helpful and cheerful. Excellent service. Hotel accommodation itself is decent enough. Buffet breakfast is ok. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Steak was really good. Staff are very nice. All in all I would recommend this place.

    The hotel has a nice ambience, friendly reception team and nice rooms. There is a nice bar which also has snacks. The bedrooms are comfortable and a great size - it’s outside of Tui so the receptionist had to be used to get one of only 3 taxis in the town.

    Unfortunate night stay, first we assumed we could deviate from our Camino walk and get to the hotel, we had to walk back two Kilometers and then again two Kms to reach the hotel in the middle of nowhere, To be fair we ignored the road sign for the hotel thinking we could reach it from the Camino.it is not for Camino walkers. Then when we reached the hotel restaurant, cafeteria, pool were closed, and we were told no breakfast available for the Monday, not very cold drinks available in machine in lobby. Fridge not working in one of the two rooms, wonderful to have a jacuzzi in one of the rooms, but not working. Otherwise very nice rooms. We spent 25€ in taxi fares for dinner in Tui. I was upset, when you walk all day and find no facilities open, it’s no fun.

    This place s nice enough but it’s in the middle of nowhere, 3 KM to the nearest pizza place and they don’t deliver. There’s no coffee or tea in the room, the café and restaurant have limited hours, and the restaurant owner is rude. Not a great pilgrim option.     Great hotel with good service and good value

    The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel is modern and clean, with spacious rooms. The hotel is about 2 km from the camino, but they offered a free shuttle back to the camino at set times when I was there. Very good value for the price.
