    Good location with free parking. Room was clean and spacious and climatization works fine. Water pressure was low but just enough for a good shower. Staff sympathy depends on who you meet, on arrival they were great but at check out cold and careless.

    The most outstanding quality of the hotel is its attentative personnel, in particular the waiters at the restaurant. The prices for accommodation are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet is quite ok. The food offered for lunch is excellent and its price unbeatable.Much like the hotel, the rooms have the air of the typical hotels built in the 70s or 80s. Even if you don't like this type of architecture, you will find clean and well equipped rooms. The room service is very good. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area a bit far from the centre of Vigo (about 10 to 15 mins. by car or bus). However, the nice and cosy village of Bouzas is in walking distance (about 10 to 15 mins.)! There you find excellent tapas bars, pubs (even a craft beer pub), and very good restaurants. There is also a nice promenade along the sea.Try to get a room located in backside of the hotel (opposite to the entrance). There you have a at least view to the sea and, well, onto the roof of the nearby supermarket, which is quite excellent btw.

    Even though Tripadvisor say this hotel is closed, it is not, we stayed there last week, it is a lovely hotel, well placed for beaches, port and town, bus service is outside the door, the breakfast was fabulous. The bars and cafes around Vigo were excellent, we did not even have dinner one night as the tapas given with drinks were so filling! This hotel is perfect for anyone planning on exploring Northern Spain.

    This November 6 a very dear friend had a medical emergency while vacationing with his wife at Vigo, had to be hospitalized, and died. My sister in law needed a place to stay, and she "picked" this hotel in the middle of the night, with her devastated heart and soul. It was GODSENT🕊🙏I flew with my wife from PR there the 9th of November, to assist her, and help with such a difficult event. The hotel receptionist Maria and Angelica were better than Angels, such human kindness and warmth, loving empathy. The place very clean, nice size rooms, and efficient elevators. They have a restaurant/cafeteria, with buffet breakfast; although given our heavy heart we just went for coffee and toast. Again, very clean, and heart warming service.We stayed at the hotel until the 13th. Looking back now as I catch my breath at our home, I come to realize what a blessing this hotel was, in such a dire situation.

    We’ve just spent 3 nights in one of their spacious, clean & well equipped family suites. Lovely bathroom, free wifi, and ample parking provided for guests. Situated a short drive or taxi ride from the family friendly Samil beach and a short stroll away from various shops and cafes/restaurants if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Perfect 👌🏼 Un hotel bien situado con habitaciones amplias, limpias y confortables. Empleados muy amables.
