Amazing service by Erica!

Checking into what we thought was a superior hotel, although lovely, did not have superior gentlemen at the front desk after coming back from dinner at 10:02 pm being told we could not get a glass of wine to take to our room because the bar closed at 10:00 om and perhaps we should go across the street to the grocery store ! Erica is a superstar who was helpful and kind !

Poorly appointed hotel with dismissive staff. Nothing in the room but one jar bottled soap - that’s literally it. No ventilation in bathroom. Overcharge for parking. Staff is bored, unhelpful. Two star spot fend for yourself that is advertised as a four star. NO WAY.

Some of the reviews mentioned this was a noisy hotel and it was true. Unfortunately the guests in the next room decided to put the radio on loud and make a lot of noise at midnight. Tired from the Camino de Santiago walk I wasn’t pleased. Plus the room phone didn’t work. Breakfast was awful. Cold eggs on cold plates. Flies in the basket of bread. No flies in the white, highly processed bread so had to have that. Not a good experience.

Aircon, comfortable beds, good bathroom, TV but only radio stations available. We had a door that connected to the next door room and could hear everything, so not quiet.
