Location

The hotel is located in Vigo's heart, in La Alamada, one of the most important and well-known gardens in the city. It is less than 5 minutes' walk from the port, business and commercial centres. The closest bus station is about 4 km away and the train station is about 900 m away. Vigo Airport is approximately 12 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 72 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Nice boutique hotel

    Stayed for 2 nights at this very nice boutique hotel close to the water front. Access is through a tree-lined quiet road that was filled with shops and great restaurants (including in the surrounding area). Hotel's restaurant spills out onto the pavement if one wants to partake their meals or beverages in the open. Lobby was on the small size but functional from my perspective; singular elevator servicing the different floors was slow. Check-in by front desk staff was a little brusque but acceptable - she asked me to wait until she had finished a task she was working on without acknowledging my presence the first few minutes. Assigned room was on the small side but was in good order. Everything (lighting, climate control, shades) was managed by a control counsel next to the bed. There were ample electrical outlets - but that to support the desk was not conveniently placed. Bathroom area (open plan) was largely functional - except for the wash basin that drained slowly. Shower provided good water pressure that was appreciated by this guest. Partook room service that came promptly and ate at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) on the ground floor; food and service were great. Staff throughout were generally friendly, pleasant and helpful when tasked.

    Beautiful but not working well…

    Beautiful hotel - great location but rooms without the possibility to adjust temperatures… that is just not good enough. We have visited the hotel twice - during our Camino - and the staff is great and the service and spa is over the top. But spending 2 hours with reception during the night because they cannot make the aircon work that is a nightmare. Then when we ask for a discount or compensation upon check out - they have to ash a manager… now two days later that manager still hasn’t reached out..

    Exceptional venue in a very nice site in Vigo. Very central, very comfortable. Excellent food in the restaurant and bar. Many amenities such as the soa and pool. Some small caveats: the staff should have a little more training as this is a five star hotel. Sometimes negligent but did not stain the main satisfaction with such excellent hotel. A must go!

    But of a meh hotel. Fantastic location, but I think you can find a better find. Roof top only open to spa users and a limited access on limited days, and you can only book online and not view beforehand. Not so fancy for the price, but great if you book in advance.

    Impeccable service, perfect location and amazing restaurants. Stay here!!!! We had two rooms - one with a balcony overlooking the park and then the grand suite overlooking the ocean. The main dinner restaurant delivered the best meal we had in Vigo and the bar food was amazing g as well. The service is the best. Fun boutique hotel - stay here and don’t think twice. Perfect location too!!!
