  Terrible experience – do NOT stay here!We couldn’t even get into the hotel to check in because it’s only staffed virtually. Someone in the lobby had to let us in. Check-in was through a kiosk with a remote attendant, which was fine, except she failed to mention that only Elevator B goes to the 6th floor. After hauling our luggage up the stairs into the wrong elevator, we had to drag everything back down and up again into the other elevator. Not exactly welcoming after a long day of traveling.We were assigned Room 603B and immediately noticed the awful smell. The room reeks of mold and has virtually no air circulation – no AC, barely any windows that open. Within an hour, I had a headache from the air quality. I later saw that someone else reviewed the SAME ROOM with the SAME issues a month ago. Clearly management is aware and just doesn’t care.This is not just uncomfortable, it’s an unhealthy environment. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Calor, barulho e pouco descanso

  PT => O alojamento apresenta algumas limitações importantes que afetaram a minha experiência. O quarto era muito quente e não tinha ar condicionado, o que tornou as noites bastante desconfortáveis. As janelas não dão para o exterior, mas sim para um pátio interior, o que dificulta a ventilação. Como consequência, é necessário manter as janelas abertas para tentar refrescar o ambiente, mas isso traz outros inconvenientes: bastante barulho vindo de outros quartos e cheiros desagradáveis, especialmente de quem fuma, que acabam por entrar no quarto. Pela positiva, destaco a simpatia do pessoal, a boa limpeza do quarto, um pequeno-almoço razoável e a excelente localização. La habitación era muy calurosa y no tenía aire acondicionado, lo que hizo que las noches fueran bastante incómodas. Las ventanas no dan al exterior, sino a un patio interior, lo que dificulta la ventilación. Como consecuencia, es necesario mantener las ventanas abiertas para intentar refrescar el ambiente, pero esto conlleva otras molestias: bastante ruido proveniente de otras habitaciones y olores desagradables, especialmente de personas que fuman, que terminan entrando en la habitación. En el lado positivo, destaco la amabilidad del personal, la buena limpieza de la habitación, un desayuno razonable y una excelente ubicación. EN => The accommodation has some important limitations that affected my experience. The room was very hot and had no air conditioning, which made the nights quite uncomfortable. The windows do not face outside, but instead open onto an interior courtyard, which makes ventilation difficult. As a result, it’s necessary to keep the windows open to try to cool the room, but this brings other issues: a lot of noise from other rooms and unpleasant smells, especially from people smoking, that end up coming into the room. On the positive side, I highlight the friendliness of the staff, the good cleanliness of the room, a reasonable breakfast, and the excellent location.

  A perfect location from which to explore Vigo town centre and the surrounding countryside. Easy access to buses, trains and the Vigo airport.The hotel is unpretentious. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable beds, and free wifi. Good quality breakfast, and free parking.The staff are welcomingly cheerful and efficient.

  You get what you pay for. Only one plug in the room.The beds are comfy and the room is cleaned every day . The walls are really thin and can hear everything from upstairs and down the corridor. Very hot in the room (no air conditioning). Close to shops and bars

  I stayed here for a week with my latest lady friend. The location of this hotel is excellent - a short walk to the old town and lots of bars and restaurants.The hotel is very clean and has a modern, bright decor.The staff are very friendly and always smiling. Some of them do not speak very good English, but they do make a sincere effort and are apologetic about it.Our room was bright and airy with big windows in the bedroom and the ensuite. The ensuite had a powerful and hot shower. However, a shower curtain would have been useful to prevent water splashing onto the floor.The buffet breakfast for €3.50 pp was decent value. I don't know why corn flakes in continental Europe always taste so disgusting, but that's not the hotel's fault.I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Vigo.If hotel management is reading this then I would politely recommend that you install shower curtains, and keep up the good work in general!
