    Comfortable and well appointed Hotel

    We pulled up to the parking spot at the front door. Walked in and was greeted right away. The parking is limited on site. But a very short walk we were able to park in the public parking garage. The hotel sits at the Marina. There was a seafood festival happening that night. We had so much fun. The room was wonderful. The bathroom was huge. We didn’t get any outside or hallway noise.     Hotel quiet and convenient but customer service disappointing.

    The hotel is in handy location for walking around, the rooms are a bit outdated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately just when we were came back from dinner when going to bed discovered bathroom floor was flooded - water coming from ceiling above so we had to move to another room. Had thought we might at least have got a free breakfast for the inconvenience but not even an apology on checking out.     perfect location for old town

    smart modern hotel created in old building a short walk from the Maritimo and the old town which gets very lively in the evening. well appointed rooms. bar on ground floor . restaurant/ breakfast on 7th floor with fantastic views. 2 lifts . couple of steps at front.     More a 3 than a 4 star hotel .

    Hotel in a great location close to the main Restaurant area in Vigo . Nice reception area and reception was efficient but didn’t really offer advice on the location . Deluxe room was disappointing with 3 plastic chairs as furniture and a really sloppy balcony with plastic table . Also very noisy at night not helped by strange balcony . Toiletries not great .     We arrived late to this hotel due to canceled flights. Only stayed one night as we were starting the Camino the next day. It was a lovely hotel with a comfortable room and bed. The breakfast was very good. The man at the reception desk in the morning was sort of short and curt with us.Location was convenient to the start of the Camino.
