  Location good, everything else bad. The room does not have air conditioning, a fan, or any other measure to cool the room, not even the window, which faces an interior patio, lets air circulate, making it almost impossible to sleep in the heat. Noise is also another bad thing to highlight: the walls do not insulate anything, you hear EVERYTHING that happens in the hallway and in the other rooms; through the interior patio you can also hear any conversation or noise coming from the other rooms.Another negative point (the worst) was one of the employees (specifically the receptionist on the night of August 1 to 2: middle-aged man, gray-haired): very rude and abrupt; we entered after dinner and he took us out of our room, practically pushed us to the reception to ask us to identify ourselves when upon entering we did so with the code they give because it was after 10:00 PM, we told him which room we were going to and showed him the key, we told him our first and last names and all that was not enough, claiming that we needed a document that confirmed our identity (???); totally unnecessary and with very bad manners. I had NEVER had something similar happen to me. We didn't want any more problems and we let it go, but we even felt like calling the police.   Some unpresentables, canceled our room a few hours before check-in, finding me traveling already for the destination. Hotel Herbiña Cambados 02/08I call to ask for explanations and they only know how to give excuses, the receptionist said he had no knowledge of the situation, he clearly did not want to speak or explain.I called another contact phone of the hotel and they only knew how to give roundabouts and more excuses but no solution.In the end the hotel left me lying literally the same day I entered the room with no opportunity to shelter.Unpresentable and liars who do not commit to the customers who have made their reservation.Of course I would never recommend them if you don’t want your holiday to be bitter.   Deficient: They clean every other day, they don't put foot towel in a shower, old beds and mattresses. Poor and repetitive food, chicken and chips, children's, very good breakfasts Very old rooms, old hotel and lack of investment. Heavy traffic, you can't park.Good morning: Very attentive and helpful staff, especially the waiter, and the reception girl. Central in Cambados, and close to the beaches.
