    I simply had a glorious summer day with my friends at this resort. It was only for one night, so the highlight was our morning, which started with a delicious breakfast where David was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Afterward, we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Finally, we just spent some time kicking back on our balcony.     nice enough hotel and cheaper than other options but not walk distance to Old town

    I stayed here on my trip to Key West because it was cheaper than staying closer to the main Old Town area. It's not quite as convenient as Old Town hotels, but it was nice that the hotel offered a free shuttle to this area as well as the beach.The hotel itself was nice enough and had a nice outdoor pool area, but I would probably prefer to stay in the Old Town area next time to be in walking distance of everything I want to do.     Just checked out April 14, 2026. I dont normally do reviews or file complaints, but in this case was compelled too. If you’re looking for a hotel where you want to feel not welcomed and treated with disrespect from the front desk, be put into a room next to barking dogs then look no further this is your place. Customer service is their last priority…but hey they have warm cookies upon arrival. I would stay clear of this hotel.
