  Simple hotel, very cozy, eat very well and the staff very nice and attentive, the waiters of the dining room are a charm and the buffet very rich all and well served, they did not let finish the trays, the pool very well despite being October the very warm water, I recommend it one hundred percent.   HARMFUL AND WOULD NEVER COME BACK

  I am writing to express my displeasure with the experience I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel this weekend. Unfortunately, I encountered several drawbacks that prevent me from recommending its establishment and that I believe must be addressed urgently to improve the quality of service.1. Dirt on hammocks and carpets: It was very disappointing to find the hammocks and carpets in a state of obvious dirt. As a guest, I expected an adequate standard of cleaning, especially in areas of common use where you seek to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. 2. Disrespect for privacy: On one occasion, the cleaning staff entered my room before Check-out without calling or warning. This act is not only a lack of respect for privacy, but also uncomfortable and disturbing for any guest.3. Problems with heating: During my stay, the temperatures reached 14 degrees and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in hot mode. I was cold overnight and had to use two blankets to rest minimally comfortable. When communicating this situation to the hotel staff, I hoped that some solution would be offered, but I received no alternative.Given the level of expectations you have when staying at your hotel, I find these issues unacceptable. I ask you to take steps to improve these aspects and I would like a response on how you intend to address these issues to avoid other guests going through the same situation. I would appreciate compensation or some alternative that demonstrates your commitment to customer satisfaction. Vemos que sigue en su empeño de cumplir con sus insistentes y constantes amenazas de hacer todo el daño posible publicando el mismo comentario en todos los medios de internet que pueda. No le quepa duda de que las casi 50 personas que formamos el equipo del hotel trabajamos cada día con la ilusión de que todos nuestros clientes tengan una estancia satisfactoria y ponemos todo nuestro empeño en que así sea, atendiendo cada una de las necesidades que puedan surgir y llevando a cabo las mejoras oportunas de nuestras instalaciones y servicios, siempre dentro de las posibilidades. Por ello, nos parece muy injusto que siga difundiendo comentarios y afirmaciones que faltan totalmente a la verdad. Tal y como ya le hemos explicado anteriormente, en nuestras alegaciones al primer comentario recibido, nos hubiese gustado que nos trasladara estas cuestiones de forma personal y presencial, pero la única información que hemos tenido durante su estancia fue en el check-out, cuando el personal de recepción le preguntó sobre cómo había sido su estancia y la única respuesta recibida fue que ya nos enteraríamos en todas las críticas que iba a publicar, en la que nos pide una compensación, sin más. Dadas y constatadas sus intenciones y empeño, no nos queda mucho más que decir. Simplemente que no dude que seguimos trabajando como siempre en nuestro afán de mejora continua y en seguir atendiendo la satisfacción de nuestros clientes de la mejor forma posible.   Unpretentious but compliant

  I give 4🌟 q could be 5 perfectly except a couple of nuances q point out below (breakfast time until 10.00 a.m. to q dawn all year q you want me to tell you seems very early and the price per room tp is the most economical but good we are in the middle of summer and normal q take advantage, but good is the usual in this area .. As for the hotel is a very suitable family accommodation to go with the family to spend a few days as was our case in which we spent 6 nights.. The pleasant, quiet stay I mean no noises (especially in our case the rooms q back) very clean (something q value very much) comfortable rooms a little but correct and to highlight comfort mattress and shower tray, attentive staff correct and Pro (many staff x true)The situation tb is good (you are not into the bustle of Sanxenxo, ideal for excursions, 5 minutes beaches, 5 minutes Sanxenxo 5 minutes Portonovo, 15 O Grove/San Vicente, etc.. That's if it forces you to take the 🚗 for everything... Well translated I think we will repeat but better in June /September .. I say this pq personally I do not like the bustle or the masses and the rates drop considerably ..   The hotel is very pleasant, indoor pool small size but with natural light. There is a Spa that we can book, outdoor coffee and disco at some nights specially summer and plenty of areas to relax. We have been visiting this hotel for many years now, sometimes for short stays like one or two nights others for longer than 10 nights.. The free parking inside garage is great,the facilities are great children playground. It offers a very pleasant stay for families. The food needs considerable improvement.. The mediterrânea offer could be more diversified and fresher.. Some dishes served seem a little bit leftovers from other meals, once in while when the hotel is busier they improve a little bit the offer, but generally is not great. The rooms been refurbished since our previous visit. The shower is top! So good that is difficult to get out. The mattress on the other end is so uncomfortable... We couldn't sleep much and my back was hurting..The staff is pleasant and available, prompt to assist. The value is a bit high for the general quality, and location. Overall it's OK.

  A normal place....

  A normal Hotel, the main disappointments were the inside pool (the water was cold and with no place to relax) and the filtered water in the restaurant for 1,5€ (this should be forbidden by the local authorities).For the rest, the stay as normal... Aceptable food and a nice service. Positive fact for the renewal of the rooms.... Everything seems "new"....
