    Don’t miss this gem of a hotel, wonderful respite!

    As Camino travellers, 3 days into our journey, staying at this lovely small hotel, right on the Camino was just the respite that we needed! Wonderful well-appointed rooms including boot/shoe warmers for our wet shoes! We scheduled a massage which was so convenient to have right in the hotel. They offered laundry service which was completed in 4 hours, how nice to have fresh clothes for the remainder of our trip. Onsite indoor sauna was wonderful. Indoor Hot tub is also available. Lovely restaurant and delicious pilgrims breakfast with fresh yogurt, fruits, pastries, I believe this hotel has 14 rooms so they are able to offer a high level of customer service. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this gem.

    Excellent little hotel .. close to pontavedra town yet quiet village surrounding.. staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful , food in restaurants was amazing , and room with a little balcony super .. highly recommend this hotel .. we were super happy , will use it again ..     Five Stars for this 2-star hotel! Why:1. Very Clean, everywhere. Floors and bathroom were immaculate. 2. Very friendly staff. Jorge in particular made us fee right at home, offering to chill a bottle of vino and gave us glasses.3. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Each morning we were greeted with fresh delicious bakery and good strong coffee, not instant or powder! Also the food in cafe and dining room was excellent, notably the grilled vegetables, grilled bass and pork, along with the potato’s.4. Location: right on the Camiño. We enjoyed seeing the trekkers take a break in the cafe, and walked a bit of the trail. There is an old church at the end of the rod and we could hear the church bells and service on Sunday morning.We had a room on the main floor with a lovely patio that we sat out and watched the automatic (silent) lawnmower while we sipped our wine. We stayed 3 nights and felt very welcome and valued the entire time. The hotel is close to many options for things to do. Our companions were warmly welcomed to the local festival and offered free food and some of the local beverages, while we hiked down to the shore and had a great lunch.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!     Lovely stay at end of walking day.

    At the end of a Camino Spiritual Variant Day, George, the hotel manager picked us up at Cambarrow and drove us to the hotel. He was friendly, kind, accommodating and fluent in English. The hotel and room were modern, very clean, sustainably appointed and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and patient with our lack of Spanish. We highly recommend this hotel!     A delightful small hotel with excellent staff in a beautiful location on the spiritual Camino de Santiago

    A really welcoming friendly hotel with excellent staff.Great location on the spiritual Camino de Santiago .One of the delightful Starr recommended an excellent local wine which we thoroughly enjoyed on the terrace after a long days hiking . The breakfast the following morning was superb again with first class service . Allied to the beautiful setting and this is a hotel that I would thoroughly recommend.
