    This hotel is ideal if you are walking the Camino. The room was clean, quiet & functional. The breakfast @ €10 was excellent. The staff were efficient and friendly. Good value.

    Despite the hotel is out of date, its alright for one night due to its location But what its not aceptable is how they treat customers, one of the ladies at reception was like she was in a funeral, we felt like she was doing a favour to us.Everything we ask to her in a polity way, she alwasy reply with her serious and intimidated face.I can not understand why they have this girl welcoming guests on that position, specially knowing that after our Check In we met lovely people at reception, but damage was done being treated with no reason with a lack of respect and empathy

    Location was good for anyone who is on the camino and surprisingly it wasnt noisy outside as it is on a main street. It is outdated and while the beds were clean there were hairs in the bath which is not acceptable. Breakfast is only so so. Coffee is not nice for coffee lovers.

    This hotel is not to a satisfactory standard to be operating. The rooms smell of sewage, the shower was mouldy, the walls are paper thin to the point you can hear other residents using the toilet, the noise of a guest in the floor above filling the bath was so loud it woke me up, the noise also from the hotel bar and the street was very loud and continued until about 3am making it impossible to sleep, the shutters did not close and there were no curtains so light streamed in from the street all night, there were flies in the juice at breakfast as well as on the fruit, there was no cold milk for cereal and the coffee was poor.

    Pros: The room size was good and had enough outlets. The amenities were as expected based on our other hotel stays in Spain (shampoo, body wash, but no conditioner or lotion - no big deal). Front desk service was GREAT!! They were full, but the single person on duty at the front desk gave us her full attention and was really helpful. Location is good - right on the Camino.Cons: It's a bit dated, but still clean. The biggest con for us was the breakfast buffet. The choices were just OK (again no big deal), but I really could have used a decent cup of coffee :/
