Don't trust the Uber service, the hotel does not anwer the phone.

We stayed there so we could shuttle back and forth to the airport. They don't have a shuttle, they use Uber. You have to call the front desk to arrange it. Long story short, they left us stranded at the airport for an hour because THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Even though you've already checked in, they give priority to customers in the hotel standing in line. No, just no. The first uber they arranged never showed up and I could not contact the uber because the hotel gave them the wrong phone number (eyes rolling). Won't EVER stay there again.

uncooperative

My nephew lost left his iPad in our rooms after we had checked out. We called no less than 30 min after and asked if they can please grab the iPad that we left on the bed and have it ready for us to pick up at the front desk & they said “no problem”. But when we went inside to grab it from the front desk, they were clueless about the situation and didn’t want to cooperate on the missing iPad. On find my iPhone the iPad was still in the building and wasn’t helping us out on finding it’s where abouts. They weren’t helping us out. Makes me wonder if they were covering for someone who stole it, either housekeeping or maintenance.

Exceptional Comfort & Outstanding Hospitality
03 Feb 2026
We had a pleasant stay here. The property was clean and well maintained throughout, which made for a welcoming environment. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We had a restful nights sleep. Carl checked us in and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, efficient, and made the check in process smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism set a positive tone for our stay. The breakfast offered the traditional Hilton buffet selections, but what truly stood out was the exceptional freshness of the fruit and the thoughtful variety of options, there were elevated choices such as chia seed pudding, overnight oats, and two different types of breakfast meats. These added touches made the morning experience feel both balanced and pleasantly diverse. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would gladly stay there again.

outstanding experience at Homewood Suites

The hotel was very clean in virtually brand new condition. I was able to take advantage of the evening reception. They had tortilla chips, tortilla soup, salad, beer, wine, and brownies. The one bedroom suite was very spacious. Wi-Fi speed is excellent. Hotel also had a very nice heated outdoor pool, fitness room with peloton bike, and airport shuttle.

Great place to begin and end our Arizonia vacation
24 Nov 2025
Homewood suitesWe began and ended our two-week sightseeing vacation of Arizona at this hotel after flying into Phoenix. Jocelyne, on the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. The shuttle service between the airport and the hotel was quick and very convenient, dropping us off the next morning to pick up our rental car. The hotel has a large, lovely pool courtyard with big hot tub and pool. We walked next door for our dinner. We stayed in suite 210, which has a kitchen, and separate bedroom off the living room. There is a large breakfast room off the lobby. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing; a little more signage would help and a bathroom in the pool courtyard would be nice. From now on when we fly into Phoenix we will be staying at this hotel and recommend you try it.
