  We had a good experience overall, but there are a few things about this hotel that would keep us from coming back. Our first room ( a "Junior Suite") was just a basic hotel room, with no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom. If one person is in the bathroom with the light on, the entire room is flooded with light, and there's also no privacy when in the bathroom. We were moved to a Premium room, which was a huge step up. The bathroom was private and it had a very nice outdoor patio. But the thing that really left us with a negative impression of this hotel was the cheap nickel-and-diming that they did at every turn. Our room had two bath towels in it and no robes. We wanted to go to the pool/sauna area, so we went to the front desk and asked for a couple of extra towels. They wanted to charge us €1.50 for a "towel rental" and €2 for a "robe rental". I would much prefer that they add a few euros on to the nightly rate and provide four towels and a couple of robes in each room. This is just one example of an overall feeling of scarcity and cheapness that we got from this hotel.

  Amazing hotel

  The Hotel was amazing throughout.The communal areas and the garden/ pool area were beautifully designed.The room was modern and spacious.The welcome we received from the reception staff was excellent.The breakfast was perfect and the service in the breakfast room was exceptional.

  Stayed for a week with the superb Hike Pyrenees walking holidays. Stayed in a junior suite with jacuzzi bath and huge bed. Small indoor pool and sauna - perfect to refresh after long hiking day in the hills. The hotel restaurant is not worth bothering with when there are so many excellent restaurants within 5 mins walk (Tiki) but breakfast is ok. The staff are so helpful and accommodating especially Laura on reception. Would certainly stay here again when visiting magical Biescas. Walk by the fields to the rear in the evening for Nightingale serenades.

  Top mountainbike Pyrenees experience withTierra de Biescas hotel

  Excellent hospitality, fast service with a top professional team, answering requests on a fast an diligent way. All in a very modern hotel with outstanding architecture. We felt very comfortable as being at a top star hotel within a nature surrounding.Restaurant had innovative dishes that you only can get at international cities.Spa was the best moment to relax after a whole day mountain biking at extraordinary surroundings as Ordesa, Panticosa and other outstanding Pyrenees landscapes. We’ll come back as others already do

  Modern Hotel adjacent to old town

  Stayed one night during a cycling holiday, but warmly welcomed and easily sorted the Spanish check-in bureaucracy ! Decent sized very comfortable rooms with AC, which was VERY welcome, and ceiling fan. Very modern design and build so everything worked well. Nice gardens and pleasant outside pool. Very good breakfast spread, which was again a pleasant surprise, and required prior to a full days cycling.
