  The room was clean with a comfortable bed and okay bathroom. Whilst it was relatively cheap and okay for one night, it did not feel 4 star. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Cannot comment on the location as we were only using it as a one night stopover.

  The hotel bedrooms could be more updated, the spa is fairly good although is too dark and breakfast is ok (the "sweet" part like croissants, muffins, donoughs, etc should be improved - they were cold and hard to bite). The location, next to the river, was appreciated.

  Start with the positives. Breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and heated well. The staff are around and doing their jobs but there is zero atmosphere. Surprised there was not even a bar in the evenings to have a drink at. There is a vending machine in the entrance sadly. It is basically a room with breakfast. There are no facilities in the room for making your own drinks - tea or coffee or hot chocolate. This is usually in 2 or 3 star hotels. They used the excuse of covid to turn off all the fridges but that made no sense especially as restrictions have eased off completely. Another minus point was that from an eco perspective there were silly details not thought about. New plastic glasses each day in the bathrooms both wrapped in cellophane. Unecessary. Again - probably a covid reason to not have real glasses however we are drinking out of coffee cups and from plates each morning at breakfast. Lastly the location is fine from the point of view of proximity to Vielha however the traffic noise is constant through the night. Haven't been to the spa (which is probably what makes this a 4 star hotel) yet but unfortunately entry is not included in the price of the room. At 25 Euros per entry and our kids under 15 are not allowed in..... All round not the best.

  Stayed 3 nights and thought the hotel was below our expectations. Rooms are small as was the bathroom. Lots of chips in the bath and surrounding tiles. Breakfast looked ok but as we were there early most of the hot items were undercooked. The internet was very poor, difficult to enter and slow, very slow. Yes the location is good and the staff reasonably pleasant but overall we were disappointed.

  Disappointing service, Unfortunate spa policy

  Very disappointing customer service from the management, reception, and restaurant staff. I had some simple requests and some questions, but I was treated as if my requests were very strange and highly inconvenient. I also wrote to the hotel management and spa for a separate issue and got no reply. I don't expect a hotel to be able to grant every request, but as a guest I expect to be treated politely, and I expect to receive an answer when I write an email. Additionally, be aware that the use of the spa is not included and not free for guests... which is obviously disappointing for those staying in the hotel.
