  Hilton Brand is our favorite brand hotel. Visiting Denton on a couple of occasions and styed at thishotel. First, the customer service was not that great. They charged the card for your room before you get there, even if you requested that you would pay at check-in. They say that it is standard but that is only because they are independently owned. I was disappointed to say the least.

  The check out guy acted as though I was bothering him when I checked in. Got to my room, which was clean enough, but the poorly painted tub was flaking horribly. Got to bed only to have something on the exterior hit the wall all night as though some mechanical pieces were damaged. I tried ear plugs, but it only mildly helped. Between the noise and the rock-hard beds there was no sleep and no rest. I would not stay again. Disappointing for a Hampton.

  Picked location due to visiting in Denton. Everything was exceptional from Emilio taking care of us at checking to the great breakfast available. Hirls at buffet kept all items stocked.The king room was outstanding and spotless. Great job by all.

  The beds are hard as a rock, My credit card was double billed and they only allowed CNN on the lobby TV. I asked the attendant at 3 a.m. (due to lack of sleep in the hard bed) if I could watch TV in the lobby. He turned on CNN and I asked if he could turn it to FOX news. His reply was that FOX wasn't allowed due to a brand standard.If this is the norm I will boycott Hilton brands going forward. It's hard to believe in Texas of all states but liberalism has infected sane minded people everywhere!

  Brand new - probably a full renovation, but the property was very nice, located in a quiet place with restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking, staff was courteous, rooms were comfortable. Breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the coffee hot and the food replenished quickly.
