Really enjoyed a one night stay in this hotel, using our Wonderbox voucher.Staff were excellent, room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good.Location is easy to find with on street parking and looking onto a small square.

We spent a really nice weekend at Hotel Sant Roc in Calella de Palafrugell. Nice room, fantastic garden and superb food. The beaches, the walks are fantastic also. We recommend it a 100%. Hope to come back soon.

A very relaxing stay

We stayed at the Sant Roc for 8 nights. Parking: There is free parking outside the hotel but it does get full. There is also some street parking a short walk away. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The hotel is taking all necessary precautions regarding Covid, but without creating a false/sterile environment. There was always plenty of hand sanitiser available. The bedrooms are a bit dated but this adds to the character of the place, and we had a lovely sea view. Downstairs, the bar and restaurant areas are modern and clean. There is a large terrace - a great place to sit with a drink or for dinner.We ate in the restaurant twice for dinner. Both times we enjoyed our food and the experience. I am a vegetarian and there was always a good choice for me. The staff/service was always very good.Breakfast is buffet style, and always a good selection.The atmosphere at the hotel is warm and friendly. All of the staff are helpful. Only one (very small) suggestion for improvement: When sitting outside for drinks it can sometimes be difficult to get the attention of the staff.The surrounding area is really nice. We went on several hikes and ran on most days. There are a lot of steps which we incorporated into our training.The hotel is dog friendly. We did not have our dog with us but did see other families with their dogs.Environmentally, the hotel uses refillable glass bottles for water - no plastic. They were always very happy to refill our personal bottles for us. They also do not have single-use plastic bottles in the bedrooms.

Rusticae Hotel Sant Roc is centrally situated in the nice town of Solsona. There are various parking options around the hotel, but rather than wonder about meters, limited time stays etc, we elected to use the Hotel’s private parking, which is secure. From a practical perspective for those with larger cars, there are no height restrictions and the bays are a good width. I certainly had no problems with my Landrover Discovery. Parking was 7 Euros a day.Reception was efficient and friendly, and we found the staff to be most helpful throughout our stay.The public rooms in the hotel are all very smart, and I like the style of the place. Our room on the second floor was also perfectly smart and spacious, and the tall, floor to ceiling doors to the all the rooms as you walk along the corridors are so evocative of old, Spanish or French hotels. Breakfast costs 10 Euros here and was excellent. In addition to fresh fruits and cereals, cold meats, cheeses etc., there were hot dishes of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. We really enjoyed it and thought it represented very good value.In short, this is a very good hotel that suited our needs perfectly, and we would have no hesitation in using it again.

Recently refurbished hotel, very comfortable and beautiful.We spent one night here, we booked over the phone, which was very easy.The spa treatment was very nice. We had massage then stayed in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.We had a walk out in the village at night, as the hotel Restaurant was closed in Sunday night.The bed was very comfy, the room spacious and quiet.The staff very very very pleasant and the breakfast was adequate.I recommend this hotel if you're looking for a get-away trip.For a good pre-dinner drink try the vermuteria across the plaza
