  Campsite fine there in february so not many of us there. All good showers etc good . Small bar restaurant run by nice people. Easy access plenty of room for large units . My caravan 8 plus mtr didn't have to use mover . Bless you child

  Don’t stay here. I’ve never written those words about a motorhome stop before but I mean it. The pitches are sloped and muddy so if you want to reverse you’ll get stuck on the slippery incline. The power seemed lethal - I was given an incomprehensible explanation of why it wasn’t but two pin reverse polarity no earth power is a no no in a motorhome. If I’d plugged it in it could have fried our electrics and done thousands of poundsworth of damage. Because it confused your switches things stay live even if you switch off. The boxes the power as such were old and hanging open exposing some very ancient wiring to the elements. If it wasn’t so dangerous it would be funny. There were low concrete blocks everywhere and too many trees too closely positioned to be safe. Their low hanging unpruned branches got tangled in the equipment on the roof of my vehicle despite my agonisingly slow forward progress. I asked if I could use the gym which got a flat no as it was for guests only (there wasn’t a single car in the car park after the massive wedding party left in the afternoon). I wasn’t even offered the chance to pay to use it. Toilet block? Disgusting. We spent the night on our own power and left at first light. Don’t make the same mistake as us. How someone even dares charge money for something like that is outrageous.

  Disgusting people, thieves, someone stole my underwear that was hanging out to drye

  Camping, someone stole my bra & knickers that I had left to dry on a tree on my pitch, after washing them. Disgusting behaviour. I don't want to be around people like this again. I've never had things stolen on a campsite before this occasion. Bad vibes

  Our second visit to this site & would recommend it as a stopover or good base for visiting Salamanca. Facilities are clean but a little tired & can be cold pre & post summer months. Hotel adjacent has pool which opens 1st June & bus to Salamanca has a stop right outside the site (€1.60)

  Have stayed here several times over the years. Very handy convenient stop over. Salamanca is a beautiful city & the hourly bus at €1.60 is great from the entrance of the site.Lots of hot water but shower block not heated so very cold( choose your time to shower !) No soap or hand dryer in toilets. Muddy if wet but drains quickly.WiFi was very good. Staff excellent.
