  Fit our families needs to sleep for a night while travelling. It was a fun experience to stay here, as there are a lot of details put into this place. The woodwork and display of history with art was beautiful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Soaps provided smelled exquisite! Location is in a quiet area. Front desk was friendly, efficient and spoke English. We came prepared, but there is a restaurant on site that offers specialty entrees & local cuisine. There is a seasonal pool (obviously still closed right now) and a nice outdoor playground for children. We appreciate that the hotel recycles/reuses their glass water bottles provided in the rooms!

  Acceptable hotel but somewhat dated.

  Repeat visit. Standard, somewhat dated hotel but all is still acceptable. Excellent location in centre of old town on quiet square. Private parking (10 euros) at rear. Get key from reception. Breakfast fine but sometimes some items need refilling faster. Pleasant staff.

  Not a design hotel – a friendly, spacious place with helpful staff, a great pool and an excellent restaurant. Close enough to the walled city, for a great hollyday and great days exploring Ciudad Rodrigo.

  For a 1 night stop while en route to Portugal or when visiting this charming city in its own right, this is a friendly and convenient centrally located hotel. Part of the Crisol (Eurostars) Hotel group.Although the rooms are dated, they offer all you want for a night. Breakfast is of a very good quality. Staff are very friendly. One can offload luggage directly at the entrance and there is private gated parking available. Located within the walls. A stone's throw from Cathedral, all other sights, restaurants and bars.

  Centrally located hotel which recently? joined the Eurostars Hotel Group. Private parking available. Helpful staff. Within a short walking distance of all sights and restaurants. Rooms fine but walls thin so can be somewhat noisy depending on your neighbours. Good size rooms with excellent size beds. Adequate breakfast with plenty of choice. Lift to all floors.
