SoHo is located in an ideal area to park your car and forget about. Salamanca is a gorgeous city. And, SoHo enhanced our stay with their warm hospitality and fab room. The bed was divine . A wonderful stay in Salamanca.

A beautiful boutique hotel, right in the center and only two minutes away from Plaza Mayor. Comfy bed, large room and modern bathroom. Pet friendly, our dog received a gift box on arrival with a bowl, snacks, bag dispenser and a ball. Special mention to Estella at reception who was a joy to deal with.Keep up the good work!

Lovely hotel in a great location.

Very comfortable and spacious room. The concierge was helpful. The location is excellent and close to the historic old town. The market is across the street and there are several restaurants and coffee shops in the area. I would stay here again. No refund policy scam

I checked in at this Hotel on September 9th in room 202 for 7 nights through Expedia. The room was so tiny and uncomfortable that i requested a change even if it meant paying for the difference. The Front Desk staff was so unhelpful. They said they even could not provide an extra luggage rack. We traveled from Miami for 7 nights so that was a problem together with the room size. After a long talk with Oscar V from Expedia they agreed with us to find any property due to all these inconveniences as well as the unwillingness to help from the Soho staff, even a case was open from their end. The result was that i had to check out an hour later and find another Hotel. To my surprise the hotel billed me for the 7 nights and claimed that they have a no refund policy which in my opinion entitles them to this totally unacceptable customer service. I have worked in Customer Service over 20 years and i have never seen a scam of this magnitude for providing no service at all. When you notified us that your booked ‘standard double’ room did not meet your size requirements, we informed you that it was not possible to offer you a larger room, as we did not have higher categories available at that time, due to our high occupancy during your stay. For this reason, it was not possible to offer you any change or additional assistance as you requested during that first day. Thereafter, we had no opportunity to address your concerns or seek a solution on subsequent days. We are only aware that you decided to leave our facilities on the same day of your check-in. In relation to the above-mentioned finding another hotel, we have no records or formal requests from you to our front desk on this matter, nor did you make any request for a refund, either partial or full. Likewise, we have not received any communication from Expedia in this regard. The only notification in our records comes from our bank, regarding an attempt to reverse the transaction several days later. It should be noted that the amount of the booking was collected in advance, in accordance with our usual policies. We deeply regret your dissatisfaction with the internal management and the outcome of this situation. We would have liked you to have had the opportunity to enjoy other services and facilities offered by our hotel, which could have helped to remedy this discrepancy. Right in the centre of town

The hotel is in the centre of the town and gives easy access to all the sites. The rooms are comfortable and stylish. Bed was comfortable and the rooms clean. Staff are very helpful and speak a number of languages. Breakfast is good. Parking can be a challenge so book early. Great to stay and easy walking to so many restaurants and sites.
