  From start to finish, great staff, very informative, professional and friendly. We spent two nights here, perfect location, within easy walking distance of the old quarter (like a 4 minute walk!)Room was big, very comfortable bed. Everything was great. Could do with regular coffee sachets, they only had decaff sachets in the room. Otherwise, 5/5.

  Great location in the centre within walking distance of main attractions, including Plaza Mayor. Convenient parking location ( under the hotel) unfortunately it’s quite small and difficult to manoeuvre larger cars so be careful of this. Staff really friendly and helpful . The buffet breakfast is great value for €10 definitely worth having . Nice large bathroom . The room a brown carpet which was dirty and didn’t leave us with a good impression - laminate flooring would have been much better . ( otherwise we would have given 4 stars ) would stay again if the flooring in the bedroom is better

  Very neat hotel situated perfectly for visiting the old town. Very clean, well appointed and spacious room and delicious fresh breakfast, with wide choice of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a small rooftop terrace where you can sit in the sun.

  We stayed in a superior room (303).Large room with fridge, 2 club armchairs and large comfy bed.Plenty of storage and a room safe.On 3rd floor opposite market entrance so you may hear some deliveries 0700 onwards but didn't disturb us-windows are double glazed. Lift.Great location. Underground parking. The spaces are large enough as long as you don't rush it. Electric recharging spaces extra large.We joined the hotel loyalty programme and got a superior room plus breakfast plus parking for €80 per night. Room only, no parking, would have been around €55.Lots of bars and restaurants in vicinity. Main sights within 500mFriendly staff. Highly recommended.

  I always wonder why people try desperately to compare home to a hotel room. As if any hotel on this planet would know exactly what your home looks like, how your pillow feels or even knows the height of the toilet seat. Come statements like home sweet home or other useless sentences. If you go to visit a different city, least one can expect is to understand and accept there might be a slight chance the bed and bathroom are different. Brings me back to Ikonik Plaza Mercado, as name would probably reveal, close to the Mercado, market. Close enough, like one meter or so. so location is centric. Impeccable check in, clean rooms, excellent breakfast (planned as breakfast room is rather small so respect the booked hours), friendly staff. What more do we ask for? Well, nothing really.
