  Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, food was nice and rooms were cleaned each day.   Overall a lovely stay

  Before our stay, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, as I had read a number of mixed reviews. Some guests hadn’t been impressed with the meal buffets, but we found them to offer a good variety of choices. Yes, there was a lot of local food, but personally, I think that’s a good thing. You can’t travel to another country and expect everything to be the same as the cuisine back home — it’s nice to experience local delicacies.There were also complaints about the pool being dirty, but we certainly didn’t find this to be the case. The pool looked clean to us. There was some wear and tear, and the grout between the tiles could definitely do with being redone, but I wouldn’t describe the pool as dirty at all. In fact, every morning someone was out power-washing around the pool area and using a leaf blower to keep everything tidy. The kids absolutely loved the pool.I also couldn’t fault the rooms. They were immaculate and cleaned every day.Some reviews mentioned that the staff weren’t friendly, but that wasn’t our experience at all. Everyone we met was kind, helpful and courteous.If I were to nit-pick, I would suggest putting signs in the lifts and corridors asking guests to keep noise levels down during certain hours. On several nights, we were woken by other guests shouting and making noise in the hallways.I also wasn’t particularly impressed that guests had to pay extra to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I feel these facilities should be included as part of the stay.Overall, though, we had a lovely experience. The hotel is also in a great location, being only around a 15–20 minute walk from the main hub and PortAventura.We would definitely come away with many more positives than negatives from our stay.

  Me and my boyfriend stayed for 1 week at the start of September 2026 and we were very happy!! Reception, evening lounge and dining area was modern and nice to enjoy some down time. Watching footy and having a drink around entertainment in the evening. Breakfast was lovely. I couldn’t fault it. Would give a solid 9/10. Rooms were spotless and cleaned each day. I couldn’t be sure if our beds were changed but i was very happy with the cleaning service. Beds were comfortable and pillows were good quality. No lumps or dumps. We slept fantastic. Rooms are a tad noisy due to wooden doors. The only thing i would say is the shower was showing some wear and tear. It may need replaced soon. Pool was fantastic. Loved the bridges and sun loungers weren’t showing any major wear and tear. You need to bring your own towels! Nice atmosphere but the music became quite Monotonous. Calm, instrustmental music was hard to listen too for 7 days. I need some sharkia or traditional spanish music to keep the vibes alive. The hotel needs to improve on this. Wifi in the rooms and at the pool area was poor. Over all this hotel had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday in Salou. I would visit again.   We are here for 10 days and still have 7 to go. It's not the worst hotel in the world but it certainly isn't the best!!! Looks very tired and needs a good paint and money spending on it, especially the pool area. Everyone we have spoken to so far have all said the same. The food is abysmal and they serve Halal meat which should be banned! Our room was fine apart from the fact the lifts were next to us so they bang and clank all night. Don't take any notice of the star system in Spain. This hotel is only 4 star because it has an indoor spa (which you have to pay separately for) Stars are there for facilities, not luxury.Note to staff- fix the waterfall at the pool!!!!!!!I would not return back. No way.

  Don’t bother if you want some sleep.

  Location: Alright. 10 mins walk into town or 5 mins to old town.Atmosphere: Lacking. Staff need to learn to smile and a few customer service skills. Cleaners did a good job. Rooms: Dated, gaps all the way round main door, can hear everything including someone sporting a hangover and throwing up a few doors down. Entertainment: Poor. Animation team never announced “Time for x activity” no walking round the pools to see who wants to play. The shows of an evening - poor again sadly. Food: B & B basis - the breaky was ok, but got crazy busy after 9am. Pool: good, but sardine style sunbeds. No crazy rush in the morning but be prepared to have someone right next to you and no music/ elevator music only at one side of the pool. Lacked atmosphere. I wouldn’t stay again.
