    We stayed here while our home was being repaired. Our 2 week stay stretched to 2 months. We had a great experience. The staff is small and personal - made us feel like family. When they found out that we didn't have plans for the holidays, they brought a card and a plant. Knew us by name, were very helpful with anything we needed.The hotel itself was nice - very quiet at night - great night's sleep. Huge hot breakfasts. Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and fruit available 24/7. Wednesday nights are Social Hour with chips and dip, salads, cookies, beer. One night they had just installed a new grill outside so they served hot dogs and burgers.This is a pet-friendly hotel and the dogs that stayed were well-behaved. While the hotel is located in a business park, there are plenty of eateries and walking paths nearby. All in all, we had a great experience.     Poorly designed hotel for mobility impaired

    This is not a good hotel for anyone with mobility difficulties. The handicap accessible room is the farthest room away from the lobby. This is a poor design and it is a huge challenge to anyone who has difficulty getting around.Also, this hotel only provides housekeeping every other day. Nowhere on the website is that spelled out, and they never mentioned it at the front desk so it was an unpleasant surprise to come back after meetings to a room that had not been made up.     Do not recommend - dirty and no breakfast

    We stayed in King Suite 145 on October 10th for one night. We would have been extremely disappointed in this hotel had it it been half the price, but for $300/night (w/taxes) we were appalled. Our room was dirty and in disrepair. The visible mold on the (extremely loud!) air conditioner in the master bedroom was disgusting and we had to turn it off. My daughter slept in the pullout sofa. The sofa and mattress were EXTREMELY old and dirty. The mattress had pen drawings on it and was stained. Should have been tossed 10 years ago! There were old, worn thin, full size sheets for it even though it was a queen, so they would not stay on and did not cover the bed. The sheets and bedding offered for this were gross. Crack under door to hallway was huge, you can hear everything and room stays lit from hall lighting unless you cover it. Breakfast was awful. We went at 8am and there was nothing. Out of eggs, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, potatoes, juice, etc. Left with toast, ground chorizo and tortilla shells and water. We waited about 20 minutes for refills but they just did not have enough staff or food. Kitchen worker was obviously working hard and kind but desk/management staff seemed to not care that 20+ people were all waiting for breakfast and said they were working on eggs. Doubt the rest ever got refilled. After paying for breakfast with our room, we had to go pay for it again elsewhere. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the location is convenient and room was spacious. Stay away if you can.     From the moment I walked in Adrian was awesome! He was eager to help and accommodating and knowledgeable. This hotel is nice and it’s in Nashville so what more do I need to say. The room is clean, comfortable quiet and a free breakfast. What more could you ask for?     Would not stay here again. When we arrived we had to wait about 10 min to check in as no one was at the desk. When the desk clerk finally arrived, the area reeked with the smell of weed and he was a bit rude when I questioned the charges for the room. The furniture in the room was filthy and the gap between the room door and frame was wide enough for light to come thru and you could see into the hallway. Breakfast was not that great. I will say that the morning staff was very friendly as we checked out.
