  Overall not bad , rooms were fine amenities were fine,beds were ok ish a bottle soft for my liking. Pool was really nice and big too! Only bad thing was no sun beds so most sit on a towl on the floor and fight off the tickly ants and mosquitos were annoying! Never been bitten so much b4!   Ok but lacks in many areas and has potential.

  Honest review. Firstly, we only booked these apartments for the gym and when we arrived we were told that the gym only opens 4-8pm!! I would definitely not have booked this if this information was given beforehand as I like to to workout first thing in the morning before it gets too hot and also because we go out for the day. So for me this was a massive frustration!The apartments are very spacious but very tired. Water damage to the doorframes throughout. Our aircon never worked and one of the shutters never closed, also the back patio doors never locked. No oven rack so had to do pizza and everything else on the bottom of the oven. The washing machine was very handy. We ‘upgraded’ to the top floor and had a lovely view of the pool and mountains in the background but would have felt very pinned in and depressed on the lower floors with only concrete to look at. The sofa covers were in need of a good wash. The pool area is actually very nice and clean but there are no sunbeds or even chairs so you have to lie on your towels on the grass .. making you an all you can eat buffet for the mosquito’s and other biting insects! Ive never stayed anywhere that didn’t have sun loungers round the pool. The indoor pool was nice and warm and the one time I was able to use the gym it was small but adequate. On a couple of nights there was a large group of young people causing havoc at around 4-5am and it feels like the place is a bit lawless as the reception is not manned. Luckily we were a couple of floors above but still they woke us all up with the noise. The location is ok, 1.5km to the beach and 5/10 minutes to the supermarket and to some bars and restaurants.There is no shop or bar onsite but a vending machine in reception. Swim caps must be worn in the ‘spa’ area and these can be purchased at €4 each when you go in. Also - the pool toilets were always locked. It all felt a little abandoned. If we had been able to use the spa/gym in the morning/throughout the day I think I would have felt very different about the place. Also - the place to store your luggage is in a different block and down some stairs in the underground car park and there’s literally no light - pitch black. Talk about a safety hazard ??Overall we made it work and used it as a base primarily. Shame as It has a lot of potential.   Check in not until 5pm which i thought was a bit late. We arrived at 1.30pm and was told the room was not ready. They let us store our luggage. Had to pay £150 euro for deposit and 7.50 each surcharge. Rooms are very spacious have everything you need overall a pleasant stay. Deposit was returned in my bank after a few hrs of leaving. I would return if im back in salou.   Stayed here in July as a family of 5 at first I thought wow but looking around and seeing all the water damage on the door frames it was awful. The smell from the two bathrooms was awful there was hair everywhere in both bathrooms when we arrived . The air con turns off it’s self for some strange reason it’s was very annoying house keeping never even came to us my husband had to ask for fresh towels at the desk and he was given a dish cloth we also had to buy our own toilet paper because we could not see any house keepers to ask for some. Our apartment was big enough for the 5 of us and we had a lovely patio the was the best part of it for me the location was good it was walking distance to the main strip and beach . We had to pay €150 as a deposit and at the day of check out I was told I will receive it in a couple of hours or by the next working day how ever I’m still waiting and I emailed them on a few occasions but haven’t heard anything back from them . I even got my travel agent to try chase it up for me and she hasn’t heard anything back either personally I would avoid this place it’s cheap for a reason. It was a big complex but extremely quiet I’m just very annoyed about not getting my deposit back I never normally leave a review but I feel people need to know what to expect with the place go spend your hard earned money somewhere else , we had a washing machine in the apartment so we had to wash the towels one evening to have them clean and dry for the next day. The showers were a disaster in both bathrooms very small trickle of water came from them and the water was alway cold.
