  Check in not until 5pm which i thought was a bit late. We arrived at 1.30pm and was told the room was not ready. They let us store our luggage. Had to pay £150 euro for deposit and 7.50 each surcharge. Rooms are very spacious have everything you need overall a pleasant stay. Deposit was returned in my bank after a few hrs of leaving. I would return if im back in salou.   Would absolutely avoid this place

  Stayed here in July as a family of 5 at first I thought wow but looking around and seeing all the water damage on the door frames it was awful. The smell from the two bathrooms was awful there was hair everywhere in both bathrooms when we arrived . The air con turns off it’s self for some strange reason it’s was very annoying house keeping never even came to us my husband had to ask for fresh towels at the desk and he was given a dish cloth we also had to buy our own toilet paper because we could not see any house keepers to ask for some. Our apartment was big enough for the 5 of us and we had a lovely patio the was the best part of it for me the location was good it was walking distance to the main strip and beach . We had to pay €150 as a deposit and at the day of check out I was told I will receive it in a couple of hours or by the next working day how ever I’m still waiting and I emailed them on a few occasions but haven’t heard anything back from them . I even got my travel agent to try chase it up for me and she hasn’t heard anything back either personally I would avoid this place it’s cheap for a reason. It was a big complex but extremely quiet I’m just very annoyed about not getting my deposit back I never normally leave a review but I feel people need to know what to expect with the place go spend your hard earned money somewhere else , we had a washing machine in the apartment so we had to wash the towels one evening to have them clean and dry for the next day. The showers were a disaster in both bathrooms very small trickle of water came from them and the water was alway cold. In addition, for energy efficiency, the air conditioning automatically switches off if a window is open and cycles off every few hours to prevent it being left on in an unoccupied apartment. Our reception team is always available to assist with any immediate needs, and we appreciate your feedback as it is essential for our continuous improvement.Nonetheless, we're glad our central location provided convenient access to Salou's main attractions and beaches.   We booked this property in August 2025 via Booking.com for a family stay. Upon arrival, the smell throughout the building, communal areas, and in the apartment itself was extremely unpleasant and overpowering. The overall condition of the building, grounds, and shared spaces was extremely poor, reminiscent of neglected post-Soviet-era housing.We saw and smelled the property upon check-in and decided to leave immediately as it was not suitable for our family. This experience did not match the description or photographs on Booking.com. In our view, the listing misrepresents the actual condition of the building, and guests should be aware before booking.   Great Location, But Needs Improvement

  Mixed Experience – Great Location, But Needs ImprovementWe stayed at the Ibersol Aquarius Spa in Salou (20-27th June 2025) and found it to be a mix of positives and negatives.The positives:The location is excellent — close to everything and ideal for exploring the area - 10 minute walk to beach, PortAventura and Train Station. The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated having a washing machine. The air conditioning and hot water worked well, and our room had a lovely view of the pool. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.The negatives:Several things let the experience down. The gym and indoor pool were underwhelming, and their opening hours (11am for pool and 2pm for gym) and rules (swim caps in pool, trainers in gym) were a bit restrictive. Check-in time was late (5pm), which was frustrating when we arrived on an early (9am) flight from the UK. There were no oven trays in the kitchen, not enough coat hangers, and no chairs provided around the pool area. The safety deposit box had a charge of 4Eur per day which seemed high.Cleanliness needs improvement — the blankets were dirty, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned in some time, and all the door frames had water damage, which gave a grubby feeling.Overall:This place has potential thanks to its location and room size, but it needs better maintenance, cleaner rooms, and improved facilities to be worth a higher rating.
