Location

This hotel is located approximately 3 km from the tourist centre with numerous shops, boutiques, nightclubs as well as restaurants and bars. Separated by a street, the hotel is about 60 m from the beach. The public transport network is easily reached on foot and the hotel is located close to the railway tracks.

Facility

The hotel has 400 rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a playroom, an alarm call service and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex, which includes a children's area, makes for relaxing swimming. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce and archery. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and golf. The water sports offered include water aerobics (no extra charge). A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym and darts or, for a fee, table tennis, billiards and table football. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can receive gluten-free meals upon request. Lactose-free food is also available for an additional charge. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages and international brands.

    Arrived at 3.30am .Delayed at the airport waiting for travellers coming from the Manchester flight. Was greeted by the young guy on reception with "You're late". Not very welcoming. Room was clean but no tea & coffee facilities in the room. Kettles were available at 25 euros plus a 15 euro deposit!! Never been to a hotel 3 * & above that didn't have this facility in the room. Rooms serviced every day & clean sheets & towels for the bathroom by friendly housekeeping staff. Pool area was lovely but sunbeds crammed in together - not such a huge deal in May but at the height of the season could be cosy. Entertainment was dire in the evening except for one evening when they had Polynesian dancers who were hilarious. Bar staff struck us as rude - we were half board we were paying & constantly the staff served people behind us first. Not sure if it was because we were English or not AI guests. Food plentiful but repetititive & cold at times. Avoid breakfast between 9.15 & 10 the huge dining room was rammed. Having said that there were several places to eat within walking distance & of course Cambrils & Salou were a short bus ride or walk away. Molly Malones is worth a mention - huge portions well priced & lovely staff. Would recommend buying a T10 bus card from the Plana office across the road.10.95 euros for ten trips. We ventured to Tarragona Port Adventura as well as Cambrils. Bargain!Would we stay again? Sadly probably not - Staff generally rude except the older ladies behind reception & in the dining room who were helpful & lovely. The attention to small detail to guest comfort is lacking . No kettle in room, no drawer space to unpack. properly. Perhaps a review of customer service across the bar staff might improve guest stays.     Absolutely loved this hotel. All inclusive was brilliant includes a lot of branded spirits. Food was very nice, rooms comfortable and staff were really friendly.     Hotel is nice enough, clean rooms and nice decor but definitely not a 4 star. If you’re English, you’re screwed. (Yes I know we’re in Spain, but don’t advertise English speaking or collab with English package holidays if you can’t or won’t accommodate for us) All the Spanish people are getting served first, staff are extremely rude to the point you just give up and don’t even bother. Cannot and won’t get served at bar they prioritise paying customers over all inclusive. The food is basic but not the worst, it’s the very very rude staff that let it down. The drinks are a let down, if you want a real made cocktail (not from machine) you have to pay, your drink and food selection of all inclusive makes it impossible to have a full day in the resort.Don’t be fooled by the name “Cambrlis” it’s no where near. You’re bang in the middle of Salou and Cambrlis so it’s a taxi or bus ride away to even reach there. Overall really really disappointed with this hotel !     Location was great been only a very short distance from the beautiful prom leading the whole way to salou or cambrils. Public transport just outside the hotel if needed. The view from our poolside balcony was amazing. The amount and choice of lovely food was second to none. Rooms were lovely and so clean. Staff were very nice and friendly. Good value for money but has gone up over €500 from a few years ago. The only thing if we were to whinge was the entertainment in the lounge at night could be much better. Overall I would honestly recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to visit again.     This is a lovely hotel.Very close to the beach. It is very cleanBus stops outside for easygoing visits to Salou Cambrils Reus for example. Hotel is not in the center of salou or cambrils but in between both and is so so so close to the beach and access to salou cambrils is so so easy via public transport. You could walk but it’s a decent step Shop across the road you can arrange day excursions Staff at the hotel are nice and helpful Food is good and plentiful Top range alcohol and beer is Estrella I would go back again as I believe this is good value for money and is easy access to different locations.
