Pleasant Hotel by the sea.

Convenient location. Nice and very well equipped rooms. The restaurant was very noisy but the staff was very nice and serviceminded. Excellent food. Well worth its price. We recommend this Hotel.

Great beachfront hotel

From what I've seen, this seems to be one of the better hotels in Cambrils. The location directly on the beach is fantastic, the rooms are clean, the staff friendly and the food good. The basics are certainly there.But in high season, the hotel feels a bit too busy and large-scale to remain truly comfortable. Too few sunbeds by the pool, queues for coffee or a freshly fried egg at breakfast, a very crowded buffet in the evening and slow service on the terrace. None of these things would spoil a holiday on their own, but together they make the experience less relaxing than it could be.If you're bringing a retal car, also be prepared for either fairly steep parking charges or a considerable walk to find free parking.A good hotel with a lot going for it, particularly the location. Just a bit too crowded for my taste.

Fab hotel. Ideal location. Breakfast was unreal. An amazing amount and variety of food. Adult only area on roof top was fab. Jacuzzi was not heated was the only complaint. Two bed suite was perfect for four girls. Cleaners on point daily. Jerseys for sale between hotel and the beach. Spa area v small. Strict on hour time limit. Staff helpful arranging taxis etc and minding luggage. Breakfast available from 5am for an early flight. ?? SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT GUEST SAFETY AT BEST MARITIMWe stayed at Hotel Best Maritim from July 29 to August 7, 2026. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant family holiday was seriously spoiled by a very disturbing incident.During our stay, €150 disappeared from my backpack, which was inside our hotel room. In addition, my daughter’s Cartier bracelet went missing.We immediately reported the incident to the reception. We were told that the hotel was not responsible and that they would speak to the housekeepers. However, this produced no result and no meaningful explanation or assistance.We are not accusing any particular person, as we do not have evidence identifying who took our belongings. However, the fact remains that money and an expensive piece of jewellery disappeared during our stay, and we were extremely disappointed by the way the hotel handled the situation.It is very upsetting to stay at a hotel, trust that your personal belongings are safe, and then receive virtually no assistance when valuable items disappear.This is not the level of guest care or security we expected from a hotel of this standard.We strongly advise future guests not to leave money, jewellery or other valuables in their rooms, even for a short time, and to use the safe.We are writing this review so that other travellers can be aware of our experience and make their own decision before booking Best Maritim.It is a great shame that this incident and the hotel’s response have overshadowed what should have been a memorable family holiday.
