    Stylish hotel but a little quiet

    Stayed for 4 nights on room only basis. Hotel spotless - room (we had a suite) was modern and spacious. Good powerful shower. Lille bit disappointed that we had a room overlooking a busy street.No tea and coffee making facility in the room and nowhere within the hotel to get a coffee until 10 am when the pool bar opened - unless you paid €12.50 each for breakfast.Pool was freezing cold - but it was May after all. Nice pool though, with plenty of sun loungers. Don’t have Patatas Bravas by the pool - it’s basically chips - not in a tomato and garlic sauce as we were expecting in Spain. If you want Prosecco - ask for Cava. Pool bar staff are limited English speaking - as I am Spanish! But we got a sparkling wine in the end.Hotel very well located. Hotel bar service not good. Having to stand at the bar and be ignored for quite a while.Had food in the bar one night - the cod loin was raw in the middle, so was offered free ice cream

    An amazing hotel bright airy spotless with staff who are kind caring and pleasant. Such pleasant reception staff, this really creates a vibe in the hotel. Wonderful food.     Arrived back in salou after a few year since last visit. Choose hotel for location and we were not disappointed. Close to beach and mobility friendly. Hotel Staff were a delight and every morning night we played the game did I pronounce that work in Spanish correctly lol. food was fresh and a good selection available, our room was large airy , house keeping did a great job and service. If anything my only issue with our room was there's not much of a view but hey we went to enjoy Spain not watch from a balcony. Always a warm welcome at the pool bar from Staff and as it was Oct pool was quiet. supply of pool towels and sunbeds easily available daily Hotel bar at night well worth a visit staff a delight always smiling and welcoming. Entertainment local singers and musicians created that relaxing vibe. It was nice to feel it was locals and tourists using the restaurant at night.     Second visit & fantastic again. So nice to see a hotel be consistent in their delivery & performance. See you again September 2027. & Thankyou for the best memorable time.     Good facilities, need improved service

    Me and my wife booked the hotel for three night during our vacation. First the pros:Breakfast was very nice with a broad variation.Poolarea was nice with comfortable sunbeds and a poolbar who served drinks. The hotels position near the beach and the bars was nice, you didn’t have to go far. These parts will get 5/5. The cons that lower the overall grade is the staff. Me and my wife speak English and most of the staff didn’t speak English which made it harder for us to plan the journey with booking taxi and get the right bustickets. If the staff get more serviceminded and learn better English then they will get 5/5 later.
