    My room reservation system on Thu Nov 19 claimed that there are no rooms available, but as I had decided to test this hotel, I called them.Very friendly welcome at a hotel that was practically closed because of COVID-19.I do admit that the automated check-in was too easy for me and I needed assistance, but as I have reserved a right to learn, next time I will know how it works.The room provided me with a perfecr view: my car parked in front of the hotel.They even offered a breakfast to me in the morning.I was positively surprised by this hotel and will definetely visit them again.

    I was able to visit to assess the rooms before my stay and from that point onward I was impressed with the facilities and excellent service. Welcoming, helpful, flexible and efficient. English was spoken which was very helpful. Also impressed with the restaurant, excellent Catalan food and attentive service without being intrusive.Thank you Can Batiste.Pude visitar para evaluar las habitaciones antes de mi estancia y desde ese momento me impresionaron las instalaciones y el excelente servicio. Acogedor, servicial, flexible y eficiente. Se hablaba inglés, lo cual fue muy útil. También impresionado con el restaurante, excelente comida catalana y un servicio atento sin ser intrusivo.Gracias Can Batiste.

    Hello,Actually I'm from same area as hotel does, I have been there in a romantic meet, the hotel is clean and nice and the food at the restaurant is amazing. I strongly recomend the Octopus. And I'm 100% sure, they use fresh products from the area.Is a family owned bussiness, small, where they offer quality and nice service.3-4 minuts to the center and party area but far enough to get perfect rest.I hope you get some good exerience and and you remember this area with love, for your entire live, as I do!!

    Very comfortable and very nice people. Very clean and refurnished rooms with a modern and warm style. The breakfast was also included. Very interesting quality:price ratio. Highly recommended!! Do not hesitate to go there.

    I was attending a workshop in Sant Charles de la capita in January 2019. Heating system was broken, teleophones are not working in the room and breakfast is so week; few different salami, only one type of chesee, 3 type jam in little boxes,few slice fruits, croissant and another cookie and cereals thats all! I have been travelling around the Europe but this hotel was the worse. I want them to wake me up in certain time and they said they could not serve on this.Walls are very thin and noise are terrible when your neighbor open TV 's sound hign.Don't go Sant Charles in winter, its a summer village and you could barely find open restaurant!
