Internet sucks, old furniture, when it is windy out inside is too, poor sound isolation, l heard my neigbours tv and he was on 3rd floor. bad service- russian lady has strong adittude... not worth the money

2 minutes from the rail station.By coincidence was met at the entrance by the manager. The entrance is off a side door and is secure.He knew our names.Shown straight to the room.Clean and functional.Nothing to shout about.The staff were very pleasant.Good for a short stay.Centre of town an easy 5 mins walk.Reccomended ..yes

Nothing it's real in these pictures. The walls are ONLY white as a hospital.Service doesn't exist.Dirty rooms and mold in rooms.AC was not cleaned for years and I had problem with my kids because of that.I will not recommend ever this location.

Just returned from 2 weeks there - the only thing stopping us from packing up and coming home was making some great friends and finding a wonderful pool just across the road - and the hotel staff did not tell us about this place - our new frinds did. The apartments are advertised with a lovely picture of a pool - it has been out od order for 3 years!! The owner apparently refuses to spend on anything - the rooms are very basic, the sheets were never changed and the cleaner appeared for 3/4 mintues every 3/4 days. The pots and pans in the kitchen were falling to pieces, the cutlery not fit for an animal! No toaster or kettle, the only thing that worked was the fridge! I nearly broke my hand on the first day - the handles and locks have obviously been broken and just moved closer to the edge - be careful! Thre are 15 floors, we were on the 13th, great views but very dangerous and not good if you have a fear of heights. The beds have the thineest mattresses possible and no support so be prepared to have an ching back for your entire holiday! The only thing clean and attractive is the entrance hall - cleaned vigourously every day - obviouslt to foll prospective clients. The residents that live there have dogs and bicycles in their rooms so the lift is often full of bicycles or dog poo! We thought we had bagged a bargain but the apartments across the road could have been booked for £200 less and their rooms have everything including a flat screen TV!

stayed here in may 07, never again.Picture of pool is not of costamar apts but of hotel where you check in about 700 metres away.Apartment was quite big but basic, no safe, no kettle etc.The noise from other apartments where people seemed to be living not holidaying was horrendous especially late at night. We had about 7 or 8 cats constantly camped by our balcony, fine if you love cats. Calafell itself is a clean resort with a large beach but far too quiet in early season, not many places too eat.Went to portaventura and costa caribe parks[ both excellent], also went to barcelona and saw barca play at the nou camp [fantastic]. My advice is too avoid calafell and definately the costamar apartments
