We stayed at Hotel Cristal Quality Reus for 3 nights as part of a mystery holiday package and overall had a very positive experience.For a 3-star hotel, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-presented. All bedding and towels were fresh and clean on arrival, and we had no complaints about the room throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful when needed.The location is excellent for getting around. There are bus stops right outside the hotel and the train station is just a short walk away, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel and explore the surrounding area also there is a supermarket and McDonald’s just across the road from the hotel which is super convenient. The only downside was the traffic noise from the busy road outside. Our first night’s sleep was disrupted because of this. However, after purchasing earplugs in Barcelona, we slept very well for the remaining two nights. I’d recommend bringing earplugs with you.Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with helpful staff. We would happily stay here again and feel it offers good value for a 3-star hotel.

VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE PLACE WITH A WONDERFUL HUMAN TEAM

Despiting the "barrio" where is located, my swimming team and I spent an absolutely pleasant time at this nice and CLEAN hotel. The high quality of its human team is really unpayable.Do not hesitate about staying here, even if it is not at the center of the town, getting back walking after dinner is a good choice and it is just a 15 minutes walk from the center.

Over an hour to check-in before a wedding; 2 receptionists calling for backup for 4 more customers waiting; no iron available, and some lost employee coming into the room for an inter-shower visit.It was a probably a bad day for them, but there were too many factors alligned.

Reception: Very friendlyRooms: Changed easily because first room smelt of tobacco -apparently not permitted n any room. Clean and adequately furnished; Television very old with no English speaking channels.Breakfast: Good coffee out of a machine, carton not fresh juice; no cold meats or cheese or eggs; toaster for toast and cereal / milk plus pastries.Location: Very dead in the evening in the area. Buses infrequent and stop at about 19:00. 15 minute walk to bus station to connect with airport. Closeby long distance bus stop for beach towns. Hotel would work as a motel

my husband and his son have just come back from a long weekend at this hotel, as he had been to watch the motogp, he said its a nice clean friendly hotel and the bed where ok. very cheap and the breakfast ok to, it was a good base for there stay.
