Location

The apartments are located on the east coast of Spain, south of Barcelona and right in the picturesque centre of Salou. They are on Plaza de Europa on the route to PortAventura and around 350 m away from the beach and the beach promenade. Scores of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs are within easy reach.

Ferris not helpful at all stay away from booking with them if old or disabled

Never travel again with ferris holiday’s again two of us travel one age 83 and registered blind and had a knee replacement and a hip replacement filled the form in to go downstairs and paid for extra leg room they didn’t provide none of this they shuffled upstairs and they could see we were struggling when nearer Spain they asked us if we wanted to go downstairs but we stayed where we were.All the courier was in was selling duty free booze her name was Sam we didn’t buy anything of her on principle but one of her colleagues was on with her family and they got seats downstairs.I would think if she worked as a courier she was able to go upstairs instead of shuffling a registered 83 year person who is registered blind upstairs.

Never book a room in this hotel!!! We came to a closed hotel, couldn't check in, got a dirty room with a sewage smell and only after 2 hours we moved to another room. In the other room, mattresses smelled of sour toes. There was only one small towel per person. Towels were full of stains. We were there 2 weeks and no one gave us new sheets or towels. The pool was full of hair and there was no toilet, which is very challenging if you have small children with you. The worst part was that we had to pay a 130 euro deposit and clean our apartment to get the money back. We wanted them to go through the apartment with us and return the money to us immediately, but they didn't want to do that.

Place is filthy and it smells they scam people ..charged €100 deposit and never returned it like they said they would . sent many emails that they ignored .. charged tourist tax €26 ..and €30 for hairdryer and iron ..Place is disgusting ..stay away!

All locked 3 hours outside this was just the start check in 3 streets away room given was dirty doors all damaged bathroom could hardly get in it patio door did not lock no safe no fire regs and exit stairs near pool all lifted up very scary see photos Avoid

We are a family of 6 and understood before travelling that this was not the best apartments but said it was only going to be for us to sleep in we would not be there for long so went with it as it was very Central. Big mistake...the apartments have NO Air conditioning and no washing machine as advertised. We rented fan's at a cost of 48 euro for the week. But this wasn't the worse part the noise was unreal. We couldn't hear ourselves think with traffic and road noise. It's on a roundabout wit 2 major roads at either side. The apartment was clean and good size. Lovely balcony and was good but for the constant noise. There's a night club at the back which seems to only open on a Friday and we arrived Friday and the noise was unreal. Also awful smell from toilet. It was very Central and easy to get to all attractions we walked to portaventura. I would not recommend these apartments particularly 515
