  A fantastic holiday

  My girlfriend and I came here in Oct 2026 having not been to the resort or area before and we found it to be excellent.The resort itself is well kept, tidy and clean. Its split in two with a road/water drainage outlet to the sea separating the spa, gym and wellness centre, splash park pool and beach club from the main resort where you'll find the main banqueting hall, bar, adult pool and another main pool as well as the accommodation and shop. Its a short 1.5km walk to a pharmacy if you need.Its a 2.5km walk into the town of Cambrils.The walk in is along the beach front which was always busy with walkers, runners and cyclists.You can hire bikes (cash only) at the hotel reception but its not far to walk.We went out of season so it was quieter. We never had any issue with pool side sun beds. At times I was only person in the pool (not heated and was a brisk 14°c)The adults pool was nice. It was a bit quiet and is situated on the beach front side. We only spent 1 afternoon there as we like a bit more of an atmosphere which is found at the main pool.The food was excellent. It was diverse and constantly being restocked and kept clean and tidy. It was good quality and well presented.We were upgraded to a Junior suite with a garden view. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was huge (super king) there was extra pillows and blankets. The AC was effective.The shower was large with good water pressure. (There was a small leak)We were all inclusive. At check in we were given a token each and these are used the bar to exchange for a drink in a plastic cup which can then be taken to the pool side (glass is not permitted). This was a great system which prevents any litter or spend drinks feom being left around the pool. We didn't explore the spa however I found the gym to be excellent. It's kitted with new equipment, its well kept and clean.Tip: Make sure you have your room card with you at all times as you need it to move around with resort as there are doors and gates that require your card to open

  Most relaxing holiday

  We had the most fantastic holiday. The staff were so friendly. You would never have to leave the resort as they provide everything. We had some awful lightening storms with torrential rain and even that did not stop us enjoying our stay. Have already booked for next year. Special shout out to David, jabi,Alejandro and the lovely barman from poland who were so friendly and helpful. The tobacconist is a 15 to 20 min walk into cambrilis and we were charged between 9e and 13 e each way. There is also a bus stop outside the complex which only ran on Saturday as it's late in season. Another bus stop is about 10 to 15 stroll. Reception are so so helpful and accomadating.   Don't believe the negative comments.

  This hotel is perfect. Its location is perfect right on the beach with just a promenade and cycle lane separating it from the beach. Yes its location is about a twenty to thirty minute walk from Cambrilis but this walk is along the pedestrian path along the sea front with plenty of benches along the way.The staff are so friendly and could not have been more helpful, they work so hard. The majority of staff that we encountered spoke English.The hotel was pristine from the rooms, to the common areas, to the grounds. We also felt very safe there.The food in the restaurant was varied fresh and well cooked. The only criticism that I would have is that sometimes the food was more warm then hot.We used the adult only pool which was perfect with plenty of sun beds. There are two other pool areas. We did not use the spa or gym.We checked out yesterday and had a later flight. We were given card keys to access the doors and gates and could use the facilities until departue. Our luggage was stored in a dedicated storage room and there were separate toilets and shower facilities for use after check out.The reception staff booked a taxi for us and changed the booking for us when we decided that we could leave later. Nothing was a problem for the staff.I find it amusing that people who go online to criticise the location of the hotel could not go online to research the hotels location before booking it.From our experience it is hard to understand why anyone could possibly leave a negative comment.We will be back.   Our nightmare holiday in Spain

  I cannot put into words how bad this hotel is . It’s run like a army camp we got shouted at for sitting at a table for 8 as the table for two were full a member of staff shouted at us to move loudly and kept on shouting we replied we are nearly finished anyway to which he started pulling our table apart and then sent the manager to have a go at us . On arrival we were just dropped off at reception and then told our room wouldn’t be ready until 2 ( 11 arrival) wasn’t given any information where or what was available to us and was left to our own devices. We tried to get something to eat we booked all inclusive which is an absolute joke the rubbish they serve is the cheap inferior food and drinks my pina colada tasted like anti freeze. We sat on the sun lounger which you have to carry yourself and got a coffee then was told that wasn’t allowed. We eventually got our room and the double bed is two singles pushed together which kept coming apart. Only two pillows between us and only a sheet on the bed . The tv was in Spanish went to use smart apps which didn’t work . Constant banging of doors all night . We spoke to the jet2 representative who informed us she was there when we checked in but was sat around the corner from us unless your psychic you wouldn’t know . The receptionist we couldn’t understand even though the rep said he spoke perfect English neither of us could understand what was being said. The hotel has nothing to do unless you either drive or pay for constant taxis. Entertainment was for a hour that’s it was cancelled completely one night because of rain. We paid almost £2000 to stay at a hotel to be abused verbally by its staff . If you sit in the wrong part of the bar that’s wrong if you are all inclusive but how would you even know that . It’s obvious if you are pay as you go or Spanish then it’s different. The cleaning staff were helpful and did a good job . At this point we have 5 nights left and can’t wait to leave . We will not be returning to this hotel or Spain again. .
