  Disappointing

  I’ve just arrived back from a 3 night stay here. Overall the hotel is in a good location, and is clean and modern but we were left disappointed by our experience.We were staying bed and breakfast as our aim was to eat out in the day time and evening. However, one of these days we had a lazy day and headed back to the hotel for lunch around 3.15pm to order from the snack menu. After queuing for around 15 minutes (the bar was always understaffed) I reached the front to place my order. I ordered two drinks and tried to order food and was rudely and abruptly met with ‘no’. Given the lady infront of me had just ordered multiple items from the snack menti I was confused by this, so asked again to be met with ‘food only for all inclusive, you drinks only’.So, I was only allowed to order and pay for drinks, and was not allowed to order or pay for snacks.The kitchen was open, as they were taking made to order snack orders for all inconvenient guests, the tills were working as they took payment for the drinks I ordered so I’m left completely confused as to why I was unable to order and pay for food. There are no signs or information anywhere at all advising that this is a rule. It literally makes no sense?! Due to the time of day, it being siesta time where all of the cafes etc are closed for hours, I was left to go to the supermarket over the road for a bag of crisps. I have raised this with the hotel via a message to give them opportunity to respond but have so far received no feedback. The showers were also disappointing, both me and husband had uncomfortable experiences whilst showering when we were unexpectedly showered with scalding hot water unexpectedly, multiple times. This would be dangerous it it was a child/elderly person or anyone with mobility issues etc.The pool area is nice but unfortunately the pool spends the majority of its day completely shaded and is freezing cold. There is also a lack of sun beds for her amount of rooms

  Hotel not too good

  Got to Eurosalou and spa hotel on 16th May for 3 weeks very nice boy checked us in our flight was delayed one and a half hours weren't offered any food. Food really cold asked if they had a microwave in Spanish didn't understand found it a few days in a corner of dinning room don't like food heated in micro especially onion rings so that happened every meal. Nightly entertainment appalling best thing kids entertainment there was karaoke bingo spanish dancers on Saturday nothing else very disappointing other hotels we have been to always good entertainment this is a nightmare holiday now to crown it all we are sitting in hotel absolutely freezing and I do mean freezing everyone getting dressed up then going up to there room to get jumpers and jackets it is that cold. Went to reception to complain about air conditioning said they would speak to someone about it but next night the same don't know if anyone else has complained but I am going back tomorrow to complain again see if it works complaining for the second time don't hold out much hope worst and coldest hotel we have ever been in bar and restaurant and we still have over a week and a half left of our holiday. Hope management read this and do something about it before our holiday ends on the 6th of June or before we end up with phnemononia so management take note

  Great location but bad if you have a food allergy

  Second time at this hotel, great location, great rooms but unfortunately when it comes to staff and the food I wouldn't rate it.I am a celiac and I always email a hotel in advance to make sure its something they cater for, so the first time I did that and they assured me they cater for that so when I got there there was nothing for me to eat, so it took a couple of days to get it sorted but a roll and some muffins were available for breakfast and the evening meal was awful for people who have food allergies. I didn't feel safe to eat in the evening as I didn't want to get sick.I thought I'd give the hotel a second go as the hotels location is fantastic, again I emailed and they assured me it would be fine but I only had breakfast this time, the first day there was nothing available again so the next day they had given me a roll that was cold and said thats the gluten free then I can have eggs and fruit etc. As I explained if I could at least have some gluten free bread I'd be happy with that but they didn't offer to make eggs separately and they told me if I wanted butter I'd have to have the butter that everyone else was eating from which I couldn't do as there were breadcrumbs.It took to towards of my hokiday to get a decent breakfast which then one chef made me breakfast separately and it was delicious but all that time I went through the manager to try and get it sorted which I found him rude about it and the staff are rude to So unfortunately I wouldn't stay here if you have a food allergy as I didn't feel safe with food and would rather stay somewhere that's willing to help with the food as this hotel just don't seem to bothered.   Food let me down on first night but nice rooms.

  Nice reception with a good and clean smell. Whole hotel was clean. Bedroom twin room was very nice and bathroom was nice. Problem with safe at first but was then sorted the day after we arrived. Walls were quite thin so we could hear a lot of talking in the corridors and doors closing (not much hotel can do and they have put signs on the floors saying quiet time between certain hours). Just a bit annoying hearing people in the bathroom next to us. We had breakfast and dinner included and packed lunches. Breakfast was quite nice with lots of options just wish they kept bringing out more hash browns as they were gone quite early. Lunches were basic and not very good as the vegan and lactose free still included ham and cheese sandwiches. Dinner was alright with loads of options sadly on first night there was raw chicken which made me hesitant on picking meat throughout are trip.
