    Fabulous hotel. Second visit for us we came 2025 as a group of 19 and again this year. 3 of us shared a family suite overlooking the pool. Spotless, cleaning every day. Staff in bars so friendly, food in restaurant was so good great selection . Great nightly entertainment in both bars. Favourite was the Boy Bands night. Would definitely return.     Another great stay at this fabulous hotel.The hotel is gleaming when you enter and is beautiful.Its spotless throughout.The staff are very polite and courteous and helpful in every way.The restaurant is 1st class with a great menu and jani tony and Javier make you feel most welcome.Food is delicious.Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed.Big thanks to cleaning staff.Hard workers.The grounds and pools are lovely and plenty of sunbeds.Weve been here a few times and can't wait to get back.Bar staff also very pleasant and reasonable prices for top class hotel.Keep up good work.Thanks again.     Just back from a lovely stay at the Golden Port Salou & Spa. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel & rooms were beautiful & clean. The Children's Club had a great variety of activities & my 3 year old granddaughter loved the characters & evening disco - although an earlier start would have been better for her!     Amazing holiday, back next year!

    Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. My mum dad & brother have been coming here for 4 years and this time myself husband and 3 year old twin boys joined them. The hotel is beautiful, clean and staff are extremely friendly. We had booked a cake for my dad at the resteraunt as he was celebrating his 55th birthday which Rosa & Jacqueline made sure was all arranged and even got cava with a personal message sent to the room. The staff brought out the cake and all came and personally wished him a happy birthday. Every morning Javier & Toni made sure to high five my boys and were always so friendly as was all the lovely resteraunt staff. The family rooms were spotless. We needed fresh bedding one night as we spilt something and when we asked at reception we had someone at our room within 10 minutes with fresh bedding for us. Plenty of choice in the resteraunt for breakfast lunch and dinner and food was so fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect, a short walk to the main centre and beach. Whilst we were there we had a severe thunderstorm for days & all the staff worked hard to keep Pools & walkways clear despite being up against the weather. This was a fantastic trip and we will see you all again next June ??!     Two weeks,half board,facing pool and high floor,all but high floor which was a request so win some lose some.Reception is good,always polite and helpful staff,runs 24/7.Our room was clean/tidy and kept that way throughout by the cheerful pleasant staff.Food was plentiful at breakfast and evening meal with free bottles of water.The only issue we feel needs to be highlighted is this......be very careful of the fish as it had some large bones,otherwise all good.Our days were mostly spent walking the prom and surrounding area,walked into cambris one day (8.2km)got the bus back,cost 2.2 euro each.After that we were told about a bus card for 10.9 euro,this gives you 10 journeys so the cambris journey would have been half price.Live and learn as they say,ask at reception for info and bus times.Another day we went to taragona on the bus and had a great time with plenty to see,well worth a day out.The beach is good quality and felt very safe for us pensioners. Entertainment is varied with kids stuff untill about 9pm then two venues in the hotel for the adult acts/singers,all good and the hotel staff do a good job as do the bar staff.The location of the hotel is just about perfect and only 10 mins to the main area for shops/entertainment,you can leave by the pool tables at the back but make sure to return by 11pm as the door is locked.The t.v. in the room is new and smart tv on it,if you struggle at first like us and lose all the settings dont worry,just remove the door card,count to five and put it back in then start again.We seem to be learning all the time on our travels,thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and booked with tooowee who were at reception everyday,also helpful.This hotel is on our list to return.
