This comfortable hotel is located on the outskirts of Salou and is only 700 m from the beach. Many public transport links are to be found in the surrounding area. The centre, with numerous restaurants, shops, discos and bars, is only 300 m away from the hotel.

The hotel has 4 junior suites and 347 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Family holiday travelling with teens

    Spent 2 nights here and loved it! There are so many hotels to chose from in Salou so was a bit of a lucky dip which in our case paid off! Super quiet location, 15 minute walk to beachfront and the same to PortAventura. Close enough without being in the middle of lively Salou. Rooms were huge! We had 2 rooms on the 5th floor and had 4 single beds in each room which as a family with two teenage boys we could easily have stayed in one. Food was plentiful, good selection and bar prices very reasonable. The overall value for money was amazing and would happily recommend it to anyone! Thanks for a great stay x

    We arrived here late as our flight was delayed Our party was 3 adults and 2 children ages 18 months and 3 years the 3 years old is non verbal so he makes a bit of noise but nothing that would keep you up at night anyway the family in the room next to ours banged on the door demanding we be quiet, we explained that we just arrived and would keep the noise down. I informed reception and I was assured it was fine. Until the next night when I say we were late arriving it was just past 10pm The next night my son and daughter had gone to the theme park so it was before 11 I was in the room with my grandchildren when the wall started to get banged I wasn’t making any noise as the baby was asleep but the older boy was awake and I wasn’t making any noise just playing with him the next morning the door got banged again and I was ordered by the guest next door that I needed to fking change rooms.     Great Hotel as usual

    The three of us went in September for two weeks and we only had one day that was dull. The rest of the time was sunny and warm.We arrived at the hotel and the concerige named chec helped us in with our luggage and it was brought up to our room. A warm welcome was received by reception and our room was ready. The room itself was lovely and spotless and plenty of room.We had our food in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Food was varied and plenty of choice for the clients. I loved that there was an extra coffee machine and you didn’t have to queue as much. Great touch!! My wife complimented on the Chinese chicken dish was was delicious. Highlighted by Maria and Ivan and Edwardo three top class friendly folks and the waiting staff are friendly same with the chefs Bar staff where amazing as well. From Ivan Alex pal, francesco and an English accent gentleman also made our trip special. The entertainment I enjoyed the darts and evening entertainment. Alex and the ladies where great.Reception staff all the guys where amazing and made us feel very welcome and made part of the family.Esemerlda no words is enough for this lady, she made us feel very welcome and did everything she could to make our stay amazing. Very helpful lady and great at her job!!Thank you Salarus palace and all the staff for a fantastic stay. We will be back as this is our second home!!     Lovely first visit to Salou.

    First time in Salou as we usually do Majorca. Wanted to try somewhere else and the fact there is a tui flight from Aberdeen with good flight times, was the main attraction !I was pleasantly surprised with Salou, what a beautiful place, I was expecting a concrete jungle but got my eyes opened on the first morning with my early morning walk on the Promenade.!The Salauris Palace didn't disappoint either.! The hotel is spotlessly clean, good sized rooms and very good food.!Beautiful and good sized pool which I managed to get a good swim in every morning after breakfast, before it got too busy. Always got sunbeds in a good position every day ! All hotel staff were very helpful and we were treated very well. Overall it was a great week in Salou and the Salauris Palace and we will be Returning.!Tip, there is a lovely bakery 5 mins from hotel for a afternoon snack and coffee (Or beer if you prefer !)     Food massively lets the hotel down

    Hotel has everything you need great pool great entertainment etc but the food massively lets it down. An probably is a problem with EHO regarding temp of it. Not alot of choice in dinner and breakfast and more so brocolli for breakfast instead of a hash brown. As a head chef really disappointed with the food but the hotel itself is great.
