  We have had a great weeks stay at the hotel.food great staff a pleasure to deal with very helpful.i have a disabled daughter aged 50 and the room i paid for was really big for her to move about.   Disappointing Experience and Poor Handling of a Serious Complaint

  I stayed at H10 Salou Princess from 3 to 11 September 2026, in Room 120, and unfortunately my experience has been seriously disappointing.During my stay, my medication went missing. When I reported this to the hotel, I was repeatedly told that I had simply misplaced it. I was disappointed that my concerns were not addressed in a way that gave me confidence that the matter was being properly investigated.I subsequently submitted a formal complaint and requested a proper investigation and a written response from senior management. I specifically asked for a response within 14 days. That deadline has now passed, and I have still not received a substantive response addressing my concerns.What has disappointed me most is not just the disappearance of important medication, but the way the situation and my subsequent complaint have been handled. I asked reasonable questions about whether housekeeping staff had been spoken to, whether relevant records had been checked, and what enquiries had been carried out. I also asked for an explanation of the hotel's procedures for dealing with reports of missing medication and for the hotel's position on appropriate compensation.To date, I have not received the answers I requested.I have never accused any individual member of staff of taking my medication. I simply expected the hotel to take the report seriously, make reasonable enquiries, communicate professionally and respond to a formal complaint within the requested timeframe.In my opinion, failing to provide a substantive response to a complaint of this nature is unacceptable and has only added to the distress and frustration of the experience.I would have expected much better communication, accountability and customer service from a hotel operating under the H10 name.Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with how this matter has been handled and would be reluctant to recommend this hotel unless it demonstrates that it takes guest concerns seriously and deals with complaints appropriately.   First time at the princess and it wont be our last. Lovely hotel, even though we paid for a superior room with pool view but the pool view we got was the pool of the apartments behind the hotel!!!! Room was a good size and cleaned everyday. No problems getting beds at the pool. The pool bar was good. Alfredo and the team were so lovely. Our only gripe was the food and size of dining room. Was not big enough for size of hotel. Got so chaotic at times.   Brilliant Hotel ??

  What an fantastic hotel this is, so much that we returned and was our 2nd stay. Again, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff and check in was quick and easy. The hotel is still kept immaculate and clean and always smells fresh. Every member of staff are a credit to the H10 Chain. They are always happy & polite and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean, airy, spacious and extremely comfortable with towel change everyday "if" required. Each and every member of staff works so hard to keep their clients happy. There is plenty of food choices, catering for all, infact the food is excellent. Drinks in the bar areas, indoor & outdoors are very reasonable with extremely pleasant staff. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel, again very reasonable prices. Again, we've enjoyed our stay so much, we booked up to come back September 2027 whilst still on this holiday which will be our 3rd visit.. Thank you to each and every member of staff ( who all work so hard) for making it such a lovely and memorable holiday again ????
