  Our experience in this hotel has been quite disappointing, especially considering that we repeated this year thinking that they could have improved some details that we already observed the first time. Unfortunately, not only have they not fixed anything, but we have even encountered new problems.The room on the upper floor with terrace, the same one we were assigned last year, remains exactly the same: the fridge is still uncooled, the toilet paper support broken, and the shutters broken. It is frustrating to see that, in a year, not a single effort has been made to repair anything. To make matters worse, this year also the kitchen stack jammed easily, something very uncomfortable during the stay. Cleanliness is evident from their absence; it gives the feeling that they barely check the rooms before welcoming guests.As for the restaurant, the treatment has not been the best either. One of the waiters, specifically the moustache lord, showed a very rude attitude, which ruins any intention of enjoying a quiet meal.Another detail that deeply upset us was the owner’s reaction when we expressed our complaints. The first thing she mentioned was that we had gone with a dog, when she already knew it from the reservation. Our dog is quiet, didn't make noise or cause discomfort, so using that as an excuse seemed out of place and totally unfair. Instead, what was annoying was the constant slamming of the building’s front door, which is broken and closed with a thud that can be heard perfectly from the room.As if that weren't enough, they changed the password to the door without warning us. If we didn't realize it on time, we could have stayed out if we'd gone out at night. A very unprofessional and dangerous detail for any guest.In short, this hotel leaves much to be desired: neglected facilities, lack of basic maintenance, insufficient cleaning, poor treatment in the restaurant and unserious management. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but as long as they don't care about the well-being of the guests, we can hardly recommend it. Of course, we don't plan to come back a third time.   Everything was perfect!👏🏾 They facilitated my entry when I arrived later than the established time, very friendly and everything was great!   We went as a family because of the proximity of Port Aventura (12 minutes by car) for that good reason. Spacious triple room and good for just sleeping. Very old walls, chipped paint, dirty (but not because of the cleaning, which is very nice) because it is dilapidated and old. The shower is good although it runs downwards. Cockroaches on the terrace (they sneak in through a hole in the wall) Broken refrigerator, small, but good for storing things (they changed it for another one). Uncomfortable beds, thin pillows. You hear everything. The outside microwave that comes in handy to heat things up does not work at all well (even though they have checked it and say it does) it is not like that, several clients agree on this. I advise you to change it. The waiter Nel was very good and attentive, that's why I gave two stars. And Ali the owner is also good and helpful. The worst thing about the establishment is one of the owners who is the one at the reception. Nasty, rude, borderline. He doesn't know how to treat guests (or his employees...) arrogantly. I would remove the stars just for her but for the rest I leave them. Place to go and not return, just as an experience of going to sleep quality-price if you go to the park.   Never more. . . Fail photos. The real situation is very poor.If you think about coming, see more comments, because it is a restlessness. If you measure 1.80 you will have to wash with the shower in your hand because it does not reach the support and the hose is strangled.The owners are not Spanish and it's crazy.
