Location

The hotel is located in the town hall square in Calafell. Restaurants, bars, the beach and sea, the Museo Pau Casals, Bodegas Augustus and Ciutadella Ibérica are just a short drive away. Shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. Tarragona and Bodegas Torres are just over half-an-hour away by car.

Facility

A suite, 2 single rooms and 15 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. English- and French-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Valuables can be stored securely and conveniently in the safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service and room service.     I had a lovely experience with Clayton, he was very professional and understanding of a booking mistake I made, he had patience and came with solutions! I would recommend this property based on the service alone, five stars!!

    Where shall I start this was just horrible. We booked a King w/a jetted tub in the room. The tub did not work, when we reported to front desk he acted shocked and would have it checked out. He then came to the room apologized and said all the tubs leak and had to disconnect them. He said he would only charge for a regular King room, a complimentary breakfast and a voucher for a free night and any of their hotel to use at a later date. Wait... that is not all..... the elevators where all taped up and very slow, the pool is permanently closed, the internet wasn't working properly. Breakfast was tasteless very simple I'm glad we did not have to pay the $14.99 a person. My BF gave the breakfast a -2. Upon check out we were told they never give a voucher for another stay, and that Clayton knew this when he told us that, because those jetted tubs are going to all be removed. So why would the still charge full price and not disclose that at check in.To end on a positive note the room was fairly clean, but we will not return and don't recommend this hotel at this time.

    I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.On the first night in room 217, I noticed a strong smell of urine coming from the pillows and bedding. I reported this to the front desk around 11 PM, and while I appreciated being moved to another room (201), the only compensation offered was a complimentary breakfast coupon. For the level of discomfort and inconvenience, I expected more proactive service recovery.On the second night, I discovered that the iron in my new room didn’t work. When I tried calling the front desk to request a replacement, I realized the room phone wasn’t working either. This forced me to walk downstairs to resolve the issue in person—yet another unnecessary hassle.While staff were polite and responsive when approached, the quality control and room maintenance fell far short of the Hilton standard I’m used to. I hope management takes steps to improve both room cleanliness and functionality for future guests.
