Nice hotel in a convenient position.

Lovely hotel.The rooms are a little small, but are well equiped.Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand wash, tissues.all replenished as neccesary.Also kettle and supplies.Initial bottle of water.Swimming pool and sunbeds, not saved, so always available.Snooker / pool table in a small seperate room.Only safe was near reception, but free and visable to reception, all the time.Underground car parking.Breakfast was good, well presented, regularly topped up, though no hot food, other than scrambled egg.Handy position for sightseeing and for accessing the cruise terminal.Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.Would stay again, if needed to be in Tarragona.

Very good hotel , generally exceeded expectations . Spotless, always someone cleaning , quiet but still excellent location for town or beach . Excellent breakfast, with great choice, lovely friendly staff throughout. We paid extra for seaview and thought it was worth it . No expel air in bathroom , but small window . Only one gripe , we were visiting our son who works in Tarragona , mentioned it to reception and it was a hard no , for him to visit us at the hotel . Seemed a bit harsh to me , so we met away from hotel , lost income for them as we would have dined there more often . Would be a consideration on a further visits to visit him, will check with hotel before booking ( aware Spanish regulations re visitors to rooms but intention was drinks/meals only)

Overall a very pleasant one-week stay in a convenient location

Location: ideal; around 15 minutes’ walk to the main historical area, where there are numerous attractions to visit (and places to eat).Room (a cheaper one facing the street) felt like a newer Premier Inn. Room was small but but with a good mattress; bathroom fittings were of a good standard. and the room was efficiently serviced. A kettle was provided with a thoughtful selection of sachets. The sound proofing and aircon functioned well. Pool: reasonable size (long enough for lengths); well maintained; pool towels provided free of charge; always plenty of beds and a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast: good selection with fresh fruit and some hot food choices. Lunch: pool bar menu available; Evening: four cooked mains possible from the same menu. (We had booked B & B; we returned to the hotel for lunch more often than not; and we had dinner there one night during a thunderstorm and on our last night.)Reception: generally very helpful but we had one disappointment. Knowing that the biometric process at the airport might delay our arrival, we had emailed the hotel in advance (from their website) to enquire about late arrival food options, with a view to pre-ordering a cold snack. We did not receive a reply, and when, on arrival, we were dropped off a couple of minutes after 11pm we were told firmly that no food or drink was available.

Overall a very nice family hotel - room a little spartan but very functional - bed comfortable. Bathroom Ok but nice shower - plenty of hot water. Room would have benefited from a Nespresso machine. Breakfast limited but good coffee and nice bread. Pool area very nice - and poolside drinks very reasonable. Close to town and beaches. I would recommend.

Peaceful Stay in a Perfect Location

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it.Ideal for exploring Tarragona. It’s in a quiet, residential-feeling area but still close to everything, including a bus stop and large supermarket down the road. About a 10 minute walk into the town/old town. There’s also a shorter (but steeper) route - worth asking at reception.All staff were helpful, polite, and professional. Special mention to the guy on reception when we arrived, who recommended a walk to a quieter, less touristy beach - definitely a highlight of our trip ??We stayed on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. The room was a good size, very quiet, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. The bathroom was spacious, had a window, and included nice toiletries. A mini fridge was also provided. A couple of small niggles (didn’t affect our stay) – there wasn’t a bin in the main room, nor an in-room safe (one downstairs). Air conditioning wasn’t operating at this time so the room was a little warm at night as day temperatures were rising. No English-speaking TV channels (for news). The pool area is very relaxing with plenty of seating, and the garden area is peaceful and well kept. Breakfast was served in a spacious room with a good selection of pastries and some hot options.Overall: A lovely, relaxing stay in a great location, we were very pleased we chose this hotel.
