    The hotel is not up to the standards you would expect. As a family on holiday coming from ireland we wore not welcomed and had security stand over us at the pool and the pool lady argue with us over our son splashing in pool. Felt out of place at all times. Hotel rooms ac didn’t work. The entertainment is one thing I don’t think they mention in the description well enough as this kept us up late every night with our small child. All the entertainment was in Spanish and games too, when my son tried joining in he was left out. Lady’s behind reception wore extremely rude and not accommodating whatsoever. Would not return.     Lovely sea front hotel. We will return.

    Lovely hotel, we stayed at end of April. We had lovely weather. Perfect location next to the sea. We really enjoyed the food, we were full board, great variety. Something different cooked in front of you every day. We both chose something different every day. Fresh fruit, salads etc. the list goes on. Food was not swimming in olive oil. No queues when we were there. Just remember to take your little pass which tells you the meal times as you present it before entry to dining room.Rooms clean and cleaned regularly. Fridge in room, no kettle. TV has a few English chanels. Salou a walk away and bus stop outside hotel. Supermarkets and giftshops nearbye. Transfer bus stops and picks up right outside hotel. Staff helpful, even if English basic you get there in the end with pointing and gestures. They do their best with the huge amount of guests and nationalities.Plenty sunbeds and tables round the pool.We will definetly visit this hotel again and will try to book a sea view room next time if possible.
