Location

This hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Salou, just 500 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Several areas with cafés, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, boutiques and bars surround the hotel.

20 single rooms and 143 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Too many soccer training camps with lots of screaming kids

    Hotel very clean, rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels.Reception staff very helpful, especially Ana. Breakfast was slightly better than teatime but not much. No rush for sun beds as sun doesn’t hit the pool area till around 11.30 am. No balls or floats allowed in pool. A good 15/20 min walk to beach/harbour. Handy little mini supermarket opposite. No kettle in room so take your own. We had 3 lots of coach loads of Spanish school kids on training camps staying. It was horrendous, no control of them, screaming and running up corridors till gone 11.30 pm, banging on doors, disrespectful. This is a very regular occurrence,week by week. Evening entertainment is hit and miss, better to miss it. €10 to use the spa, don’t waste your money, they only switched sauna/steam room on when I went in, so it had to heat up,and you only get 2 hours.

    Just came after a 4 night break and wow . From the moment myself my wife walked in we were made to feel special. The lovely lady on reception ( Petra ? ) welcomed as with a smile and was very nice and polite. We were a little early ( it was around 12pm ) but she said our room was ready and we have upgraded you to a better room. The room was lovely and clean and our balcony over looked a street and private apartments, so at night it was very quiet. The hotel we found was very nice and quiet, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful, the food was amazing and not a lot of variety, but enough for what we needed and wanted. The restaurant was a nice size and had a lovely atmosphere, it was late in opening in the evenings ( 7~30pm was opening time ) it was open by 7-35 ish and found a small queue was forming, but it was worth the wait. Was a fairly decent area with a bar and stage area , pool tables, video game and something’s for younger children. Outside was table football and another pool table. Loads of sun beds and a nice pool ( little cold for October) we were lucky that the sun was out and it was warm mid 20’s. The hotel has shops opposite and down the road , it’s only about a ten minute walk to the beach and sea front area ( turn right when leaving the hotel) salou main area is another 15-20 minutes from once you are get on the seafront. We found the hotel is definitely a 4 star hotel, we found the evenings after dinner didn’t have much entertainment. We watched two singers , which were both very good and came on around 10pm. The hotel overall was in our eyes very good, nice and friendly. Did read some of the reviews before, some good and some interesting/ not good. All I can say is that my experience was very positive and enjoyable, I’m not a travel blogger lol but it’s worth a try and see what you think.

    When I read the reviews, I was somewhat apprehensive – I expected a very basic hotel, and even though I had opted for half board, I did not expect to like the food enough to be eating dinner in the hotel.I could not have been more wrong. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was excellent. I was on the fifth floor and slept soundly every night, waking up refreshed. The breakfast was surprisingly very enjoyable. It was buffet-style and fresh, and the hot food was hot and delicious. There was an ample continental-style breakfast available also. The evening meal was delicious. There was a very good choice of cold and hot food available. It was fresh, tasty and well prepared. I enjoyed dining there.The staff throughout the hotel were courteous, helpful and friendly. A special thanks to the lady at reception; she could not do enough for us and helped make our holiday more enjoyable.Overall, it was a great holiday, and I will return to this hotel.

    Bad start got worst

    This is a spotless hotel but not for us the food is terrible staff unfreindly if you make a complaint .We were made to move from our table 3 times and told it was for spainish guest .maids never spoke one word to us slambed doors forgot to leave towels .A safe was 35euros for 10 nights no kettle in the room cannot be bothered to go on with this review as they are not worth the effort.

    Staff friendly , food great , hotel clean , maids every day .The pool is fabulous plenty of sunbeds to go round . It was our first visit but we will be back next year . The hotel is in a residential area and very quite at night so you get a good night's sleep yet its not to far away from the beach and harbour.
