    Here at the moment. For what I paid its great! Rooms clean, food - I'm half board, good, especially breakfast, staff friendly. Not too far from centre and beach, easily walkable in less than 10 minutes. Staying in superior room with pool view. Great view of the storms last night from the balcony.

    Lovely clean hotel spacious rooms Howe was told the room was upgraded and revamped if that was a revamped room I dread to think what the others were like. If u showered you flooded the bath room completely and the entrance to the room too. Bathroom door did not shut at all so no privacy And ceiling tile is bathroom couldn’t sit properly due to the shower being put in too high up lol The food was bland boring with very limited choice. Cold chips as put where nothing kept food warm. Restaurant staff rude especially one male. Fridge in room barely kept drink cool. Air con switches off minute u open doors to balcony. Last morning there our check out was 10am at 9am housekeeping just let themselves into the room while we was in there. Didn’t even knock first. Pool had zero atmosphere Bar had zero atmosphere Hotel was definitely not full but thank goodness it wasn’t Pool area bar area and restaurant definitely not big enough for size of hotel. Hotel was quite good location but a good 20/30 min walk to salou centre. Is situated on quite a main road and road facing rooms were quite noisy.Was ok but definitely wouldn’t return

    Reception staff helpful and friendly at check in. Restaurant staff very rude and unfriendly. Staff only interested in Spanish and Portuguese holidaymakers. Rooms with street view were always in the shade due to overhanging trees which made the rooms very dull. Rooms were very basic and nowhere to hang damp towels. Food was repetitive and not much variety. Also cold no matter what time the food was put out which meant we had to eat out. Disappointed as I believed I was going to a 4 star but would definitely not rate it with 4 stars. I have been to better standard hotel which were only 3 stars.

    Don’t Understand Poor Reviews

    We were initially worried about the amount of poor reviews. However; we stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and were happy with what we got. You pay for what you get. Swimming Pool was heated. Plenty of Sunbeds. The English Receptionist was a Total Delight. Spoke at least three languages. Breakfast was good. The following is where I would give a number of constructive criticisms:• whilst the rooms are modern, there is very little storage in the rooms to store your clothes. The most annoying thing about our holiday was The Host at the Restaurant. I believe her name was ‘Merce’. She was most unwelcoming and never smiled. As a restaurant host, you expect a smile, a good morning and a pleasant entrance. She was none of those. Would I return to this hotel? Perhaps. Go home Merce.
