To avoid! Despite specifically requesting that housekeeping staff not enter our rooms, they entered anyway. After leaving the hotel and returning to our home country, I discovered that several personal belongings had disappeared from my suitcase.What is particularly concerning is that this seemed to be done very selectively. The person took things that you would not necessarily notice were missing straight away: makeup, underwear, trousers, and other personal items that you may have in several quantities. It feels like a very calculated way of stealing, because you don’t immediately realise that something is missing.This did not happen in just one room. We booked five rooms in total, and three out of the five rooms had items disappear!!! Missing belongings included cash and even underwear!! WTFOf course, the hotel provides a safe, and we did use it for valuable items. However, you cannot put your entire suitcase inside a safe. Guests should not have to worry about ordinary personal belongings disappearing from their luggage simply because they are not stored in the safe.Unfortunately, we only realised what had happened after we had already left the country, which made it impossible to properly address the situation with the hotel at the time.The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast was excellent, but this experience completely changed our impression of the stay. I strongly recommend that management pay much closer attention to their housekeeping staff and seriously review their security procedures. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Disappointing. The room and the common areas were very dirty. We found things from the previous guests, the bed was not comfortable, the toilet was broken and the plugs were hanging from the wall. The food was awful and the restaurant smelled really bad. Avoid!!!!

We stayed in the Dominican area in room 0417 - Room was very basic. No lights on the balcony. Constantly getting bit.Atmosphere wasnt great hardly no staff understood English which is poor. My daughter went to the mini disco every night and it was just her no other children were there, they just went to go into the room and turned round and left. I have never known a mini disco like that where there is only 1 child.The cleanliness was poor, floors were dirty. No one cleaned any of the pools and the sunbeds were disgusting.The food wasnt great not a great selection at all and it was the same foods everyday. The bar by the pool was very extortionately expensive. We enjoyed the theme park which was great but overall was a poor stay in this hotel. Honest review. I would worried after seeing the bad reviews but I thought surely it’s not that bad. I was wrong. The rooms are very dated stains on the sheets although the beds are comfortable the room was cleaned daily fresh towels and floors swept and moped. Lots of ants in our room and I have been bitten to death about 20 times! Food times were a nightmare so busy, rude people that just shove you and grab food and food options are not great I ate pasta and watermelon for a week also despite having 3 restaurants on site there was only one open the entire stay. We saw rats yes rats. The pool areas were good they were cleaned and they had cleaned the lake so it was no longer green. We tried to make the best of it by spending lots of time out the hotel having passes to the parks was great. Most of the problems are easy fixes and I hope the hotel sort them out. I wouldn’t stay here again I was happy to go home. The kids loved it they don’t notice any problems stayed with 4, 9 and 16 year old.
