    AVOID THIS RACIST HOTEL!!!!!

    Avoid avoid avoid. This hotel is anti family and anti friendly. We stayed here with 6 family members to be told they was full & couldn’t book a second room. We then had to book another hotel and spilt our family up when we then was told that it was our fault & they wanted us to pay extra!!!! My partner is from an African decent and a member of the management team was seen to be making monkey gestures!!!!! The hotel itself was standard for what you pay for Jacuzzi don’t work & there is NO security as the 3 members of staff work round the clock 24 hours & are often found asleep as they are over worked. The manager when we tried to talk to her was rude and majority of the time hidden away to let the two other members of staff who started the day we checked in deal with issues. We reported that wood on the roof top is loose and has nails hanging out but nothing was done. Over all this hotel is NOT WHERE you should take your family as the other hotel we stayed in was absolutely fantastic.

    Fantastic!! First impressions clean ,tidy entrance.friendly staff on reception and in the shop. Room very clean and cool, balcony nice with 2 chairs and a table.but the view overlooked the street with local shops etc, bathrooms great, ( except a tiny bit of mould by the shower- which could easily be cleaned). Lovely white towels, some toiletries.cleaners were great came in daily if needed.Breakfast was typical cooked breakfast. My son only had toast. But he really fussy. I loved the croissants and fresh fruit, fresh melon. Coffee was amazing. 3 mint walk to the beach.2 jacuzzi’s, 1 a bit colder than the other, but still warm. These are cleaned and emptied daily at 9ish! It’s not busy, which is a bonus but it’s a shame as the hotel is fantastic. Only negative is you have to pay for use of fridge and I would love to have English to channels or even Netflix to make it a bit better- especially if you have kids.I can’t wait to come back. Thank you to everyone.

    The hotel canceled my booking 5 days before arrival. They tried to charge my credit card during free cancelation period. I’ve provided different payment methods and suggested to pay in cash, but didn’t help. Very disappointing and no responsibility.     I visited this hotel July 2019 with my son the Cye Hotel near by didn't cater for just two people lucky for us the Evenia President Hotel salou was able to accommodate us and made our holiday rememberable and catered for my celiac diet 100% reccomend . the lovely Samantha at reception was extremely helpful. This hotel is perfect for anyone travelling on a budget .Rooms are basic but ideal fantastic room service our room was always cleaned great air condition .I rented the fridge well worth it for them hot nights drinks chilled .5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins to cye hotel .
