    We stayed here for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend end of May, over all the hotel is good, staff very friendly and helpful, reception area and pool area relatively clean, but corridors and rooms no so much.Our room had a damaged floor, in one place looked lt had been burnt, in another the laminate looked it was corroding from maybe a leak on the fridge. The fridge just about worked, kept bottles of water cool, but not cold. No kettle in the room to make a hot drink, just a vending machine downstairs to get a near on undrinkable coffee. My biggest surprise was to find that the hotel literally shuts down at 7pm, that’s when the pool area closes, so after 7 there is nowhere to get a drink as the bar also closes, so you can sit in reception or go to your room, those are your choices.Pool area was quite pleasant, nice chilled area, plenty of subbed, but then again we went in May, might be different in summer months. Pool was freezing at all times, near on ice bath temperatures and only just over a metre deep at its deepest point.We were bed and breakfast only and I will say the breakfast was actually really nice and plenty to choose from.Overall out stay was good, it’s a 3 star budget hotel, so just remember that and you won’t be too disappointed, just having nothing in the evenings was a bit of a let down. It’s around a 20 minute walk from the main centre, it’s downhill going but uphill coming back, and when I say uphill I mean uphill, quite steep uphill, so be prepared for that.

    Came here for three nights for my besties hen do. Positives - short walk from beach and strip, clean rooms, clean reception, fresh towels everyday, slushies served at the bar, can bring own food and snacks to pool, easily get sun loungers, not too busy, quiet at night Negatives - the bar staff!!! (In particular the older Spanish woman with brown hair, the older man was so so lovely and attentive!) whe we arrived we ordered some toasters and fries at the bar, my friend got chicken skewers which were served raw (pink inside) and the toasters were like rubber, my other friend they forgot about hers and we waited 1 hour, she then asked for her money back as waited too long but they just pretended not to understand. The wait times at the bar are a complete joke, one person serving and cooking notices you at the bar but leaves you standing to do other things. Waited 20 minutes for a slush. Two women staff arguing to the point one started crying, charged me wrong several times. Horrific service. Shoutout to the man though he was so apologetic and gave us a free pizza. On the topic of pizza, someone ordered one and returned it as it wasn’t fully cooked, they the gave this exact same pizza to the next person who ordered the same. Disgusting. The smell of sewage in the bathrooms was disgusting, fishy smell Key card frequently stops working The pool doesn’t open till 10? Was looking forward to chilling early reading my book before the sun. Closes at 7 which is super early. No entertainment Bar closes early Lifts roasting hot

    Staff really helpful on arrival.The room on 7th floor facing the beach has an awesome view.All linen, towels etc are of good quality and the room was tidied, cleaned each day.Breakfast delivered a great choice and is served from 8-11.Pool area is quiet, clean with a bar serving drinks and food.The hotel is situated up the hill from the town which could pose an issue for some, although taxis are plentiful.A lick of paint here and there butfor a budget hotel this place delivers !

    Unfortunately, our stay got off to a very poor start. When we opened the door to our allocated room, it was already occupied. Reception then suddenly seemed unable to communicate properly in English, which made resolving the issue unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. We were eventually given another room, only to find the keycard didn’t work — a problem that continued on and off throughout the week.The walls are incredibly thin, and you can hear absolutely everything from neighbouring rooms and corridors, making it difficult to relax or sleep properly.The corridor carpets were filthy and covered in debris for most of the stay. We only ever saw staff brushing them rather than vacuuming, which didn’t really improve the cleanliness.On a positive note, the room itself was clean, the beds were made daily, and fresh towels were supplied regularly. The roof terrace is also a lovely area to sit and relax, although the undercover jacuzzis were freezing cold during the earlier months, which was disappointing.

    Nice enough hotel. Clean and comfy. Pity about lack of kettle in rooms.Although a busy hotel in May it was mostly quiet in evenings.
