Location

This hotel is wonderfully located close to the centre of Salou. Bars and nightclubs are within 200 m of the hotel, the nearest restaurant is 300 m away and the beach, as well as public transport, is 500 m from the hotel.

Facility

Units include 775 non-smoking rooms located in a 5-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 11 lifts. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hotel offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, bocce and volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy crazy golf. With windsurfing, sailing, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, billiards and darts or, for a fee, a gym, squash and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna and a steam bath. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    A really good budget hotel. Excellent for families with children. Lots of swimming options and some entertainment. Room was basic but beds were comfortable and everywhere very clean. Great variety for breakfast and drinks reasonably priced. Just a short walk to shops and the seafront.

    First of all, we arrived at the hotel around 11.30am and the first thing we noticed was security guards on the gate. We checked in and weren't allowed into our rooms until 3pm ....disgraceful. Overall the hotel itself was nice, the room was a little small for a family of 4 but it was ok we managed. The hotel is geared towards children and there is plenty for the kids to do. It is a very busy and noisy hotel so i wouldn't recommend for anyone hoping to relax or God forbid a lie in plus the walls are paper thin....The restaurant is like a cattle mart people pushing and shoving each other an absolutely awful experience etc and as for the noise don't get me started. The food was dreadful don't book all inclusive you'll be wasting your money...we went elsewhere for breakfast and we ate out most nights. I'll never return even if i was offered a free holiday.     WORST HOTEL IN SALOU. WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN A BIN

    This hotel has constant rule changes. It DOES NOT CATER FOR OLDER PEOPLE OR DISABLED!Firstly the hotel manager walks around speaking to people with an attitude! First day we emailed to ask could we use facilities before check in, we were told yes. On the day the manager said NO you must leave the hotel at once! And return at 3pm! No inflatables and your not allowed to wear your spectacles in the pool. The kids play area, has no way up to the slides. The ball park looks like its from the 1980s We went outside the all inclusive time. We saw spanish people eating and drinking there own items, only we were told we couldn't! The last day we got told we must leave our room by 11am and be off the hotel grounds by 3pm. Never felt so unwelcome. There are better hotels close by.
